Hi everyone! I have a bit of a dilemma. My fiance and I are getting married in Punta Cana next year, and we're looking for a reasonably priced supplier for wedding invitations. The catch? His family pretty much only speaks French, and my family is pretty much all English! We designed our own Save the Dates (it was a cute post-card with the information in English on one side and French on the other), but that process made us VERY aware of how long it would take to do our own invites. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Kerrie

Hi @@Feltzwedding! Congrats! I'm glad there's another bride here in the planning stages. We're only getting married in May, but I'm taking a Masters degree part time during the year so trying to get as much of the planning done now. I THINK the $22 extra per guest includes the semi-private reception, so I'm not sure how it works with the private reception or the beach bash (which we were hoping to do too). It IS impressive how quickly the "little details" seem to add up, when you don't seem to be getting very much. I keep thinking there's something I'm missing? Keep us posted if you find out more details.

Sounds good! We'll have to keep each other posted as we find out more. My partner is supposed to submit all our paperwork to reserve our date tomorrow, so we should start finding out more soon

So happy I found this thread during my lunch break - although it means I've been much less productive this afternoon I was wondering if anyone knows who the hotel photographers and DJ are? We were looking at the pricing last night and I'm trying to do some research as to whether or not we should book outside services. Thanks! So happy to find a connection with so many other brides!
