  1. I was wondering if it is necessary to pay for a bar during the reception? or are there bars open at night near the pool area?

  5. The reason I was leaning towards inside is that I thought it would be way more expensive to have it outside. In her $1500 quote for decor/set-up I was thinking that was like table decor and ceremony decor.
