Hi ladies, Hoping someone can help me! I am getting married 11/22/13 at Moon Palace. I just read on there that they are doing a lot of construction on Nizuc (closing lobby, 3 restaurants etc) from Oct-Dec? That's where I chose for our guests to stay. We've already paid for our 7 night stay and some of our guests have already booked their rooms. Think they will let us switch to Sunrise or Grand? I am a little upset-- feel like our coordinator should have informed us of all this before I booked. Hoping this is just a bump in the road. We are very excited! -
Hi everyone, I just read on another thread that Moon Palace is doing construction on Nizuc this Oct - Dec 2013? I read 3 restaurants and the lobby would be closed. My wedding is 11/22/13 so I'm officially panicking. Do you think they will let me change our block of rooms to either Sunrise or Grand? We just paid for our one week stay. Anyone know anything else about the construction? We're having about 50 guests so I want everyone to be happy. Ahh, the frazzled bride to be. )
