I would think a group of 10 would is too small of a group. That what my travel agent told me. I know westjet has seat sells every week or so. When I was looking it was decent but hey only sell 7 seats at a time the following week it goes up by approx $100 so with a group of 10 you might get some great prices!

Yes, 10 people minimum from any destination across Canada. I booked with nolitours. I know it depends on the amount in your group I think the magic number is 20. I needed 30 seats and because we're taking up so much space on the plane the price went up. You would think the more people the cheaper it is but not the case.

How far in advance should we be purchasing the flights? Our wedding is in February and I am looking for the best prices for the guests, I was told buy in September by the wedding planner of the resort?? Or should I be buying sooner??? Seems like prices are very high and there is still a lot of time ahead of us but feb is a high season too!

Also, is it cheaper to buy the flight and hotel separate or allcnclusive? Seems like it would be easier to do the all incl. get the transfer too no worries unless doing it separately would save you a lot of money.

How much are they charging for speakers? I might just bring my own, we have these small ihome speakers that are great and pretty loud for their small size. The credit card info. is a $500 non refundable deposit to save the day and time of your wedding. The free wedding package is only for up to $20 people, i think, no? We will probably have more people than that. I should look into it a little more. Do you know if they have it set up for toasts and the first dance etc. or are we suppose to organize that?

Nadine, did you already leave a deposit for the wedding day? I send in my credit information like a three weeks ago and still no respond for the confirmation, getting worried...just want that to be done so its 100% legit.

Nadine, Is it possible to change the photography packages? For example instead of the cd get more prints or vice versa? Yea photography is usually expensive but I think worth the money. Do you have the photographers email or phone number? And do they have an online portfolio I can check out their work too. The beach is disappointing to hear about, I just hope It won't smell on e wedding day. I'm dealing with Patricia and she's really great. She send me many different things to look at like pics of al the decor for ceremony and reception bouquets etc. what are you being charged for extra that you weren't expecting? Do you already know how many people will come?

Hi Nadine, yes, I have still have a ton if questions but its still a ways away. I've read some great comments on tripadvisor about the lagoon, but there are so bad ones too about the beach though. I'm sure either way it will be a great time, I'm pretty easy goin as long as the guests are having a good time! How about u? Where are u at? Will you be dealing with the resort photographer?
