Lauren, Our ceremony is set for 4:00.......Ileana said the best time for pics in July to include sunset was 4:45-7:45. I decided I really don't want to leave my family for 3 hours and not celebrate until 8pm the day of the wedding.......so, we are doing that time frame the next day! And I thought what a great way to kind of extend the fun of the wedding day.....by getting dressed again!!!

I'm so sorry this has happened to you! I'm scheduled to have my first meeting with her July 14th. I really hope this is just rough patch for her and not a systemic problem! If it happens again, I would request another wedding planner! As for your pictures post- I believe beaches contracting with local photographers is a very new deal- I just booked with Ileana for a TTD photoshoot and it was wayyyy less than 3800. I cannot justify that at all, especially considering we are having a very small wedding. I have read this whole thread and a lot of past brides that booked with beaches (not local photographers) say they are just ok, with Patrick being the best if you choose to go that route. you can buy those photos ala carte if you don't purchase a package, but again it gets pricey. I think no matter what you choose in end, photography is one of the most expensive aspects and each bride has to find their budget threshold. Good luck!!!!!!

Wow! I just spent awhile (a week?!?) reading this entire thread. I would highly recommend it to everyone. It will answer most every question you could have and made me think about things I hadn't even thought of yet!! And it changed my mind on alot of things! So I now know that I am being married on July 9, 2014 at 4pm. We will do a TTD photoshoot with Ileana the following day. I am going to look into real touch flowers. And I want to book with provoponies for horseback riding on the beach! Lol! I also learned I should be getting a 10% discount off my reservation total as I am a Veteran!!! I never would have known that if it wasn't for this thread and I will be calling my TA first thing Monday morning!!!! It have my conference call with Roxi July 13th., so I will be getting all my questions together before then! I'm having a small intimate wedding- but I still want everything perfect for us!! :-D I'm so excited!!!!

Hi! I'm brand new here (havent even loaded a picture yet)....I am getting Married 7/9/2014 T&C. It will be very intimate - just my fiance and I and our 2 children ages 9 and 11 (this is a second marraige for both of us so I really just want to focus on what's most important this time....I've done the big traditional wedding before). But, Obviously i still want our day to be very nice for us.....I'm sure I will have lots of questions as i have a chance to look over hundreds of pages of information here but one quick simple question i have first is: right now we are planning on going with the beautiful beginnings package....the website states the flowers are fucshia but i've seen several posts on here stating its magenta....so are the flowers more purple or pink (fucshia or magenta?). I just want to make sure whatever I pick for my daughter to wear will not clash with color of the wedding decor. Any other suggestions or ideas or tips until i come up with my next question is most welcome!! thanks everyone and im excited to have found this forum! Nicole
