Hi ladies sorry to keep asking lots of questions but for all those march april brides I am getting a bit nervous cause we haven't booked yet the travel agent keeps telling us to wait and the cheapest so far is 7500 for 2 weeks for all 4 of us 2 adults 2 children from Toronto. Is this good what sort of prices have you been quoted

I am really undecided weather to pay for my friend to come and do them. I think the photos are very important aswell. It is going to cost about a 1000 dollars to bring her for the week? I just got a message today from Jazmin saying the new prices etc will be out in October time. Because I booked the date in 2013 will I pay these prices or will I be paying the 2014 package prices? Hi there congrats you both looked beautiful. I saw you said you had the reception at the 24hr snack bar? Does that serve alcohol and I have already booked the dj so I was wondering if we could have that area with the dj without having to pay for the private reception? Do you have any pics of that area please? Also I saw a past bride had said she paid $15 per photo with arrecife studios. Does anyone know the package prices please as we have a friend who is a photographer and she has offered her services for the whole day I am going to pay for her stay 5 or 7 nights which looks about 1200 so just wondering if this works out better. Would really appreciate your comments and opinions thanks ladies xxx

Hi Ladies so I just read the new package but all you get extra is the 2hr private reception and the cocktail hr and canapes for around 1500 dollars etc. I was quoted around 600 for the private reception after dinner for 30people so that would make the unforgettable 2300 doesnt actually seem worth doing to be honest. Not sure how much the cocktail hr with canapes would be but other brides had said they were right next to the outside bar so had drinks there which is included in your stay. Does anyone else know the prices for the private reception for the cheaper bar option?

The pool side reception is it around 500 without there dj becuase we have already booked our own.? So the $500 includes the drinks and chairs and decoration etc etc for 30people? Thanks again

Hi Ladies I am really struggling to get our vacation booked from Toronto for our wedding April 2nd we want to leave the 23rd march 2014 for 2weeks as all our family from England have booked. However the quotes are crazy prices at the minute 8500 dollars for us and our 2 children to Tulum resort eeeek. Just wondering what travel companies you are going with and what sort of prices you have been quoted

Hi everybody I am so happy to say I just recieved an email confirming our wedding date for 2nd April 2014 at the gran bahia tulum wohoo. Our family from the UK have already booked so we have 16 confirmed so far getting exciting

Hi Kristen, I did check with a few other resorts and most of them charge to bring an outside photographer its terrible I know. I think I am going to go with the resort photographer I saw many mixed reviews but looked on their website and the photos are beautiful. I really didnt budget paying for an outside photographer. Are you having a privare reception? Not long for you now I cant wait to hear your review as I am also getting married at the gazebo and staying at tulum resort.

I had some quotes for 1 week from BC canada and they 1800 each and 2500 for 2weeks which is obviously more than I would have liked but the travel agent said to wait a while. I hope they come down. I am waiting to hear back from the gran bahia principe tulum to see if we can have our wedding 26th march 2014. we live in canada but most of our family are coming from the UK. We are so excited have been together 10years and have 2girls so its about time we tied the knot ha ha. We want the private reception so what areas do they have at the tulum resort?
