Day 2 of 90 complete!! Plyocide was crazy! But I got through it;) only 88 days left lol and tomorrow is a rest day!! I'm going to do some fat burning cardio tomorrow at GoodLife Fitness. Incline walk on treadmill. Incline 6-8 speed 3.2-3.5 for 40 min!! I'm really excited. I can feel the that good hurt in my glutes, hamstring, quads a little in my calves lol and my core and chest!!
