  1. is anyone else posting stuff? I just completed my first week of P90X2! I feel great and my diet has completely done a 180! It is true when you workout hard you dont want to put crap food in your body:) my rest day is tomorrow so I will do an incline walk for 40 min on treadmill:) I have my coach Abby from BeachBody.com so if no one posts anything by Sunday I wish you all the best and I will continue my fitness journey motivation and support strickly through Abby.   2. Day 2 of 90 complete!! Plyocide was crazy! But I got through it;) only 88 days left lol and tomorrow is a rest day!! I'm going to do some fat burning cardio tomorrow at GoodLife Fitness. Incline walk on treadmill. Incline 6-8 speed 3.2-3.5 for 40 min!! I'm really excited. I can feel the that good hurt in my glutes, hamstring, quads a little in my calves lol and my core and chest!! Perfect!! Hope everyone is enjoying this Sunday!! Talk tomorrow:)

  4. Thank you giving this support page!! Day 1 is this Saturday!! I will be checking in every time I workout:) I hope this will keep me accointable. Ever since I started traveling for work everything has gone downhill. I bought P90X2 so I could do this in my hotel room while on the road as well!! I will post my measurmemnts and weight on Saturday! its go time!!! 90 day challenge accepted!! Cuba here I come:)

  6. My P90X2 came in the mail today!! I will be starting Day 1 on Saturday:) I have a triip to Cuba next March so really want to stay motivated in doing this 909 day challenge!! Thank you for being on this blog! I will be checking in everyday to stay accountable. Here are my goals: Weight loss -15 lbs tightening up my core butt and thighs decreasing my body fat percent by 5 % I will no longet have pizza in my hotel room when traveling for work stating on Monday November 26 2012 I will bring protein with me to have protein shakes for snacks and buy actual groceries while travelling. Again thank you for giving me a place to check in and stay accountable. I will make healthy living and fitness a habit and my lifestyle again. Cheers!!
