    Anyone block rooms for their guests? My wedding isn't until Dec 2013, but our TA said the hotel books up 99% of the time. That makes me super nervous! He said it would be 50 bucks per room to block- thats a lot! Especially if we are expecting to block over 75 rooms!!! Thoughts? any previous brides have any suggestions?

    ErinLee, wow 2 months away- so soon! Congrats! My wedding date is Dec 14, 2013 and our ideal wedding is on the beach. Have they given you a price breakdown of costs for dance floor etc on the beach? If so, would you mind sending it to me? If not, I totally understand! I would love to see photos when you get back!!! Good luck with everything!

    Thanks for the tips! I joined the FB group and I'll check out oyster.com We are expected 100+ guests, and we have a few elderly guests. Our IDEAL setting would be ceremony on the beach, reception at an open-air restaurant (with a view) but we would need a dance floor, and a hard walking surface for the elderly guests. Has anyone done anything like this before? Thanks! Mandi

    Hi all! I am new to the site- We just sent in our paperwork for Dec 14th, 2013 at the Suites We are working with a travel agent but we seem to be having a hard time getting in contact and getting answers with the wedding coordinator. We are expected 100+ at the wedding. We really wanted a beach ceremony, and then the party somewhere with a beach view, but needs to have concrete or tile (due to elderly guests)- perhaps one of the open-air restaurants and a dance floor platform set up on the beach. Does anyone have photos of the various reception areas ? Thanks!
