Info on Moon Palace: I can tell you that the prices that I have gotten this far are about 240-300 per person per night (including airfare) . However, because I am still a year out airfare prices have not come in yet and it is hard to get any exact numbers. You usually have to wait 10 months before the date. Photography can run you anywhere from $500-2500 depending on what you want. On average if you get a normal package its about 1500. Smile Market is the photography that Moon used . ( you can choose other but have to pay fees) The wedding coordinator are usally free. Also at the Moon Palace if you get 75 nights booked (add up all the nights you and your party will stay) you get unlimited free private funtions (max 3 hours per day). You will also get up to 1500 free resort credits for a 7 night stay which can be used towards there new wedding collections or many other things such as spa, golf, or upgrading your room. I am going to use Smile Market also. They have a lot of really impressive vendor reviews, and their pictures are really good. I am glad I liked them because I did not want to have to pay to many outside vendor fees. However, I am going to use Mike Cantrell for my video services. I am in love with his highlight videos. I am only going to get professional pictures of the ceramony and formal pictures on the beach with family and bridal party. I figure I would have lots of video footage of me getting ready and of the reception. II thought this was most pratical money wise. I think I would be more likely to pop in a video then go and dig a million pictures out for dozens of albums. I am sure that your pictures will be really nice:)

Hi Everyone, For now I have decided to hold off on sending traveling information brochures out one year in advance. The problem is that we are unable to get pricing on airfare this far in advance. Which I think is crazy that you can't buy airfare one year ahead of time but I have no control of that. So we are going to wait to Sept to send everything out. I am not just working on the brochure that I want to send out. I looked into vistaprint but they do not currently have any sales so if anyone knows of any other printing sites that give deals on brochures please let me know! I got my save the dates off of ebay. Someone made me a jpeg customized with our names/dats and sent me the image for 10.00. I then went to shutterfy where I got 50 prints for free. It was a great money saver and I highly recommned it. I am sorry to hear of all the miscommunication or lack there of .. Hope everyone planning is going good.

Hello brides /grooms, I was wondering if you could help me with some estimates on rates . I am currently working with a few travel agents to get some rates for my July 20th 2013 wedding . However, many of the rates are coming in 300 per person including air . I was hoping for closer to 200 . Is 300 accurate or high ??? Please help !! Hello all, I am so happy to have you guys along for the ride in my planning process. My finaces sister found this resort for me and I am totally in love ( I have never been there) . Right now we have set the date. I called today for availability and then are sending me a request form through email to book the date. We plan on getting married JUly 20, 2013!! YAY!!! We meet with our travel agent (apple vacations) this Thursday. She quoted us 2850 for a couple for 7 night stay. Which is 1425 a person . Which is 203 a night all inclusive . I was very pleased with the pricing. This is also a direct flight. I am not sure how it works though . I am not sure if we get any specials (resort credits..etc) along with this pricing? I will find out Thursday. I really love the new wedding packages, however, there are a few things that I do not want . Ex: Firework display, soloist.. So i Guess I will doing the compliemtary package and adding on. I asked them for pricing so I could start my budget and they said it was not available. Check back in September. I was a little upset!! I need to start budgeting. That is something that needs changed ASAP. I saw that you could use resort credits for wedding ? Wonder how that works? Good luck everyone !!
