    Hey All! I am currently in the process of trying to set up a 'welcome' event, and was thinking a family friendly option might be a beach bbq at a private beach, and i have having the hardest time trying to find a tour group that would do this... Any suggestions!????

    Hi Dina! I had great luck when dealing with the group reservation department. Lizbeth has been amazing and responds to e-mails quickly the e-mail i have is ([email protected]) We were able to get a rate of 135 per person per night (270 a night - double occupancy). I would definitley suggest to go that way, and i was looking at around 375 per night on other discount sites!

    HI ALL! I have a question, i am really trying to get my invitations out asap, and still haven't heard back from Anel on the Food. I was provided with the menu for the Divine package, however i have no idea if i am supposed to pick 1 or 2 main courses or if it is a buffet? Can anyone help!! Thanks : )

    Wedding Photography is the most important aspect of my wedding. Most guests would say the food, or the music, don't get me wrong those things are very important the DAY of the wedding. The reason why the pictures are as important as they are is because that is the only peice of your wedding that you will have forever (well unless you decide to freeze your wedding cake topper and forget about it of course). Wedding photos can be shared with anyone and everyone who was not able to be part of your special day, can't say that about the food or music.

    Thanks Joda, We were quoted just over $2100 for 7 nights including flight... did you use a travel agency?

    Thanks Amy!!!!! I was able to get a quote through a travel agent, but it was much higher then i expected... i hate to ask but what approximately did your guests pay per person (if you don't mind me asking)

    Hi All Now Sapphire Brides! I was finially able to confirm my date of February 14, 2013!! YAY Anyway I trying to get details on group rates so i can send out my save the dates, but am having a hard time hearing back... the amount the travel agent quoted was more then i was expecting and i was thinking that my guests could just book through the hotel directly! Has anyone done this?? Any information on the requirements for a group booking would be amazing, and if you could share the group rate you received! Thanks Ladies!

    Thanks Amy!!! That is exactly what i was hoping for... With doing a destination wedding, we want to make it as inexpensive as possible for our guests and the payment plan option would be perfect!!!!

    Hi All, I am completely new to this site, and just wanted to thank all of you for you posts! I have been reading through them all over the last few days. I just booked my Wedding at the Now Sapphire Resort for February 14, 2013 (seems so far away). My one big question would be, ANY SUGGESTIONS WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!! - would you suggest to book room directly through the resort or use the assistance of a travel agent??? I have never used a travel agent before and i am hearing that they can arrange payment plans for some of my quests? Is that a real thing?? Thanks Ladies!!!!
