  1. I also of thinking of doing this. My group is only 26 of closes friend and family. I am sure we can manage with a portable Bose system. I discussed it with the WC and she said it was fine. I am sure we are not the only ones that have done this. I do plan to pay for the the sound system in the ceremony.

  3. Lorena the WC corrected herself and the fee for outside photographer is $150. Way more reasonable.
  4. Thank you for the feedback. My ceremony is at the beach. My fiance is refusing to say his vows with a microphone. I get were he is coming from, but I am worry my guestt won't hear at thing.

  8. What vendor fee are they charging you to bring in Del Sol. They asked me to pay $250 to bring Victor Herrera, which I find outrageous. I just want to make sure they are being consistance with their fees.

  15. Brides: I need help, what is everyone doing for music during their reception? Does anyone know what kind of music system the hotel uses. I was thinking on bring my own bose wave portable music system, not sure if that is good enough. I have a group of 25 and I cannot justified $540 to rent the music system. Have anybody brought their own? What kind of system did you bring? I prefer to pay for two hours of the DJ and hope he stays a little longer. Any thoughts?

  17. I am booked for September 10th, 2012. Super excited, but these WC could kill any-body's enthusiasm. I am live in NY and live by the "NY Minute". But I am not afraid to just pick a phone and call them. But by the looks of it, they all seemed competent. Right now, my issue is that I hate the centerpieces and bouquet options. I am trying to decipher should I take my own and how. I am also trying to hire an outside photographer and an outside DJ. I am crossing fingers that I win the battle.
  18. Hi; I was assigned the same person. I emailed her over a week ago, requested a phone conference. I have not heard from her. Mentally, I need a break from all the wedding details so I remain calmed. Once I finish this school semester I will be back to dealing with her.
