Hi Happy2BMrsMills Looks like your wedding party had a blast! Very Cool. I just have one question for you, do servers bring drinks with the plated dinner service and during the reception or do you have to get them yourselves? We were under the impression that there would still be servers taking drink orders throughout the reception? If not how far did people have to go to get drinks? Would it be worth it to pay for the private bar set up? Just wondering because we also have the bamboo room and we are leaving this weekend to get married for Dec.12. Thanks for your help!

Hi Vika Last sent an email Nov 15, prior to that Nov 11 and phoned Nov 8. Still no reply Glad to know she is good at getting back to someone. With being this close to the wedding and no contact Im quite worried as there are supposed to be forms for us to fill out 45 days prior. Hopefully I will hear from her tommorow! (fingers crossed)

Hi, Does anyone have Deisy and are they having much luck with her? We have asked 3 times for her to send the wedding planning form (that they request returned 45 days prior to wedding) and some confirmations on DJ, hair appointments, ect and we still have not heard from her. Our Wedding is only 25 days and nothing!!! I'm so stressed. I wish we still had Pilar like we originally had but then we got given to Deisy Any suggestions on what we should do? I'm looking into booking this resort, I have a couple questions for the Brides who have already been: 1. was the beach ceremony right next to sunbathers? The WC I have been talking to has given me the impression is, hopefully a miscommunication, I would rather not get married right next to someone in a sunbed right beside the aisle. 2. Does anyone know the menu? I have been told I need to pay a deposit before I can see it Thanks and Congrats everyone

I havent been able to find or keep missing it in the info. Anyone planning a wedding of 35-50? Im looking at what they offer informs of packages and its looking it will be quite expensive since we can't used the wine room. Anyone know if you get credit for the first 20 and then pay the private plating fee? I was told bt Natalia that we cant have the Sabores for the reception and will have to do a beach reception. She also said because its a smaller resort they dont cater to larger groups. I didnt think 35 was that large. Im expecting 35 but only saying 50 if more people decide they are in. I wanted a smaller resort so it was more intimate and better for the elderly guests (not as much walking) Im very confused at how much the reception will cost me with that many guests and decorated tables. Anyone know? Any sugestions for saving $ at the resort? Natalia seems to be set in stone for all the pricing and nothing can be exchanged (eg blood tests for flower or food credit) I honestly bought into the whole destination weddings are free so we really did not save much beyond the largest package. Im hoping to get married there this Dec but Im having issues with Lomas travel WC Natalia. She has taken almost 4 weeks to respond to one of my emails! We are now looking into other resorts as Im very leery about booking with that kind of WC service. Ugh, so stressful. Now I know why people elope!

Hi Ladies, Has anyone been dealing with Natalia? She had not been very helpful at all and she took almost 4 weeks to respond to one of my emails. I only heard back from her when I emailed the resort directly. I haven't book anything yet but we were getting ready to send our invtations but now I'm thinking we should choose another resort. We really loved this resort and wanted to book it but Lomas Travel has me leery. Hopefully one of you will have some input. Cheers
