    Thank you Vinarum! That is the amount per week that I am quoted. I have also heard that some people find deals that are $1500 with airfare from Vancouver,BC. They must be staying somewhere cheaper. I just love the HR, even though I have never been there. The hotel looks like fun!

    Hello everyone! I have a few travel questions. Who are you booking with for the best deals? The resort or a travel agent? Which airlines have to best deals for Punta Cana and the Hardrock resort? The HR is quoting me $255 per person for double occupancy. It seems a little high considering that most guests will stay 7 days, purchase a flight and airport transportation. Are you able to get better deals? Thank you!!

    Thank you Venus! It sounds that Mayte is very organized and that she has all the connections. We really like the Hardrock resort's website and pictures. It seems like a fun hotel. We have a few travel agents looking for the top hotels with the best deals.

    Hello everyone! Has anyone hired a wedding day coordinator to work with Mayte? Or an event decorator in Punta Cana? I am expecting anywhere from 80-125 guests at the JellyFish restaurant. I did see that a lot of people recommend DJ Mannia but Mayte said that she prefers to use her DJ. I just really like how professional DJ Mannia was and LOVED their lighted dance floor. Any recommendations for outside vendors would be greatly appreciated. Also, does anyone know of a saxophone player in Punta Cana? Thank you in advance!

    Hello! I am planning to get married Feb 15 2013 at the Jellyfish restaurant. We chose the Jellyfish for the beautiful location, good food and flexibility to do anything we want. No time restrictions. We are planning to have anywhere from 70-100 guests. We hope to stay at the Hardrock resort. It seems perfect for a large fun group. It will all depend on the prices. I have also been looking at Majestic Elegance, The dreams resort, Riu Palace and many more. Where are you planning to have your wedding? Happy planning! I know That I can hardly sleep because I can not stop researching.
