Than you for all the comments. I think that it is good to know what is happening and that we can express our concerns to GS, so they pay even more attention to the security. After talking to my fiancé I think he is right , bad things happens everywhere , we don't know this person directly so we don't know the whole story. Therefore, we are going to be careful and enjoy our special day! Thank you for offering full review after your February's wedding. All the best! Enjoy!

Hi, I'm getting concerned and thinking that we might made a bad decision. We took the package from the hotel and I keep reading that you guys got the Air transat package and it is a much better deal, could some of you send me the contact info so I can see if I can fix some of it ( for the air transat). Also can you share what are you doing with the rooms for your guests. Are they using the hotel rates or are they are using other rates?. I will reallly really appreciate guidance. Thanks

Melaina, Thank you for your post, you even helped me !!!. You are right the stress is so high that it is better to calm down and focus in another things. At the end a wedding is for you to enjoy a special day with your loved ones . Does anybody has any suggestions on photos and videos , the prices are so ELEVATED ! that we can't believe it!

Hi Janette, I think that if you bring few they don't charge you but you need to take them off . However , It might be a good idea to double check with your WC because you are bringing a lot. I think that it is an amazing idea, hopefully you can let is know how that looked the day of the wedding and it will be great to see pictures. Can you share where did you buy the lanterns? on-line?. So exciting that you wedding is getting closer. Congratulations!

Hi thanks for your answer. I'm between the Dreams tulum and grand Serenis. We just went for a site visit and the coordinators are amazing. However, our concerns are the hotel service and quality, and after reading trip advisor and Travelocity we were just very nervous! Prometida

Hi all We r hopping that somebody can help us by giving us a whole review for a grand serenis wedding in the palapa. The wedding venue looks amazing but we are not sure about the hotel service, and quality. We r thinking in a late April wedding 2012. Please girls, you out there that used this hotel, please help!! I everyone, I am feeling a little overwhelmed after asking for sooooo many estimates, and we are really thinking in a wedding planner. Does somebody knows "lomas -travel". Also, the people in grand serenis has been fantantic in regturning my e-mails and sending information. I know the hotel is really far away but I was wondering if somebody have some reviews about this hotel. Thank you soooo much
