  1. The same thing happened to us. My brother married us so we did not have to pay for the minister. Just tell them it is a symbolic ceremony and you shouldn't have to pay the fee.   4. The template is super simple. Heres how to make: Print off Word Use a razor blade to cut a line down the middle (enough to fit a dollar but still leaving the edges attached) Glue just the outside edges to a slightly larger piece of cardstock (so the money can slide in between the two) Glue on any accessories (I chose our theme- a punch-out starfish from the same coral cardstock) Thank you.docx
