Hello everyone- My name is Leia, and I just wanted to introduce myself to the forum. There is no set date yet, but we're looking into late 2013. We were originally set on Riviera Maya, Mexico, but after stumbling through some other threads on here, Costa Rica is on the list now. We really want a villa wedding, where all of our guests will stay in the villa (or in multiple neighboring villas) with us. The forum has been a wonderful resource and I'm looking forward to sharing with all of you. Happy planning to all!

I'm not sure if there is already a thread like this, so sorry if it's a repeat topic, I'm a newbie...I'm in the very early stages of planning a destination wedding in the Riviera Maya. I really love the idea of renting several neighboring villas on the beach to house all of our friends/family/guests. Does anyone know of any villas that fit the bill? So far I've found Hacienda Corazon and Hacienda del Mar (and Hacienda Kukulkan, if needed, depending on how many guests attend. I'm looking at around 50). http://rivieramayahaciendas.com/special-events.htm Is this something that a travel agent can help me with? I'm not sure if travel agents only deal with resorts and hotels. I was hoping someone else on this site has more information on villas with this kind of scenario. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
