HI letluva5412! congrats to you as well ! Great choice on the wedding date We will probably be seeing each other! We wanted a legal ceremony, and it was pretty important to us, especially my FI to actually get "married" while we are there, but the only time we could comfirm the judge was 130 pm. Now i'm a little worried about what time I should the start the reception and what to do with my guests in the meantime. I don't want to start things to early, especially since I heard the reception is only 3hrs max.. ? I'm sure since it's a resort that guests will have plenty to do if there is lag time but it still has me pretty worried! What time is your ceremony?

Hey ladies Just wanted to say Hello and to say how happy I am that there is a new DPB forum for 2012 Brides. We are getting married on May 4Th 2012 and I pretty much use this site for every question that ever comes up through my planning. There is also a DPB facebook group that I found really helpful as well! I can't believe how quickly time is going, My FI thought I was crazy to start planning since it's a DW but now there's less than a year until our date I'm more excited everyday, and probably a little CRAZY too.

I would like to go with a bright Orange and Light/ Pale green like Pistachio. I think it would have the tropical feel I'm looking for, I would like to have all my BM wear green and maybe a have orange tiger Lillie's as their flowers to incorporate the orange. Then use both colors to decorate chairs, tables etc. However, I haven't been able to find any pictures that resemble the vision I have in my head, which is making me second guess this choice and now I'm thinking about changing the colors all together.

HI Summafool We are getting married at Dreams Palm Beach in Punta Cana hopefully May 4th 2012 ( waiting on confirmed date) . We do not have a photographer yet and I would love to use Photophil as well, but I am not sure if flying someone in is in the budget . I also heard of sharing him and the costs, which would make it much easier. Have you worked anything out yet? What date will your wedding be and which resort? Congrats !!!
