  1. I go to the gym and occasionally I switch things up by adding in a fitness DVD. So I vary between Jillians, Power90, Biggest Loser workouts, etc. But I usually do my exercising at the gym (cardio, weights, etc). Where did you find the Zumba DVD? I would totally buy that.
  2. of course...I go to the "At-Work Meetings" which are very convenient for me because they happen right in my office building every Wed at noon. So I've never missed a meeting, unless I'm traveling or something. I find them to be really helpful...always good to hear about others' success & tips. Before this time around with WW, I always signed up for meetings but would usually end up falling off the wagon, skipping meetings, but still paying which obv = lots of wasted $$! So I think you have to find what works best for you
  3. We sent our save-the-dates as soon as we got back from our scouting trip this past spring. Our wedding is not until March 2012. So I feel like we already gave people the heads up with a website and everything they need to know about booking travel to Jamaica, hotel room blocks, etc. I know in the US, invites are normally sent 2 months out with the RSVP due 1 month out (right??? not positive). So when do you ladies think I should send out our invitations? Keeping in mind the room blocks must be booked by January.

  5. 0.8lbs is great! Almost 1lb. And you're almost at 10lbs. Every ounce adds up...keep at it! I felt like things were moving slowly, but each week I've been keeping at it -- taking it 1 day at a time. Thats my advice for you (and a reminder to myself
  6. This week I hit my 25lbs mark on WW! I was really excited and I'm hoping to lost another 40lbs before my wedding in March 2012. I'm also about to start looking at skinnytaste.com -- it's a revolution LOL. Below is what I eat on most days. I drink tons of water...usually ~80oz. I also workout 5-6X per week. breakfast: instant oatmeal, fruit snack: fruit, fiber one bar lunch: either big chopped salad OR turkey sandwich; fruit snack: pretzels dinner: fish/chicken with tons of stir fry or steamed vegetables...no rice dessert: skinny cow ice cream Like most people, I tend to loosen up a bit on the weekends and allow myself 2 "bad" meals total on Sat/Sun. I'm excited to find some new recipes to mix things up!
  7. I'm going with lavender and gold. I've never seen it before, but it's what I want so that's what I'll be doing...LOL.
  8. Thats awesome! Do you do any other type of workout in addition to power90? I bought the dvd and wonder if i also need to do another cardio workout to get results....
