  1. Its shaped like a jetski but has a propeller motor on the back
  2. The Jungle Tour you can use resort credits if you are booked under a membership. It's $120 a person and its a ride on the Aquatwister (this crazy fast jet boat) then you take these 2 person boats out to a spot to snorkle and then take the boats back to Aquaworld. It doesn't include transportation, but its not far. Since we had 14 people going- we had the resort set up 2 vans for us and had it billed to our room so my husband and I paid that for everyone. It was $74 for 2 vans roundtrip so it wasn't bad- it would have been just over $5 a person.
  3. I do recommend booking them right away! You cannot book tours ahead of time that you will be using the resort credits for. And I don't think you will be able to book tours for people who haven't arrived as they ask for your room number and give you a slip for that room. We did the Jungle Tour which was awesome and I would totally recommend! It didn't take a all day- we left at 8:30 AM and were back by 12:30. The aquatwister was so much fun and the people the tour guides at Aquaworld are amazing!
  4. OMG thats hilarious! haha....That was us getting ready for our "jumping" picture and checking out how we did with the photog!
  5. I also used blumeboxes and the girl's flowers were too tall for them but it didn't look horrible. I used the taller one for my bouquet and it fit perfectly so i would do that for all of them if I could do it over again.
  6. Anyone in the bridal party can cut off their bracelet and they will replace it at the front desk as long as you still have it. I suggest having them put it in their safe in their room so no one's gets mixed up and it is safe since there are serial numbers on them that correlate with your room. MP is very safe in that there is a gate so nobody can just drive in there. When we went to our Jungle Tour and Cuncrawl- we were stopped at the gate and the guy wrote down a bunch of our numbers on our bracelet there and back.
  7. Thanks so much! No there was no vendor fee, like Coco said when I was asked if I needed any other flowers in the meeting I said I was all set and that was it. I just got a phone call from the front desk that he was there with my flowers and I sent a groomsmen down to get them. The bridesmaid bouquets were $55, boutonnieres were $15, corsage was $20, and I got 2 pomanders for decoration for $35.
  8. I used Marvin and the flowers were beautiful and i asked him to be at the resort at noon since I heard he runs late but I got a call at 10 after 12 that the flowers were here. I would highly recommend him- to get a quicker response use CAPS and *** in the subject to get his attention and he will respond quickly.
  9. We actually did our block in Sunrise and really liked it. We had our block in the Toronja buildings which is the last ones before the Nizuc side so it was a perfect location between everything.
  10. Hey ladies! I'm back from MP and our wedding was beautiful. I couldn't have asked for more perfect weather! I will be doing a review once I get some free time to sit down and concentrate on it. But if you have any questions let me know! Happy planning!
  11. Hey ladies! I'm here at Moon Palace and it is fabulous! I had my meeting with Claudia today and she was very sweet and had all the information correct and all taken care of what we talked about. I left everything in her hands and I'm positive it will be fine! Cant wait for our wedding Friday!
  12. I'm getting married in the Chapel next week and there are no dress code restrictions.
  13. Thanks Coco! I will take it up with Claudia then once we are down there.
  14. Hey ladies! This may be a silly question but does anyone know how we get our stuff back after the events?
  15. Vistaprint: Here are the recent Vistaprint items I made for the welcome folder: I got this oversized postcard and put our welcome letter on the back I made this rack card with all of our event information on it for our guests And our share card for people to post pics!

  17. Yes- we did a group travel contract with Airtran Airways and they don't go out out of Syracuse, but they were about $400 cheaper than anything else I could find!
  18. I'm in love with Etsy- if you couldn't tell! Oh yeah! lol...I'm actually flyiong out of Rochester to go to Cancun!...He might be? I know his grandfather had a lot of siblings, but he doesn't know any of the Prouty side. Thanks so much! I got the Large Neon Tote Bags- $10.50 for a dozen. I love the colors- bright and beachy! And they are nice quality, but not as sturdy if you wanted canvas type material. They will serve their purpose!
