I was reading this too... The date on them, if i remmeber correctly was 4/09 they guarantee them for 2 years after the exp date. For me this wouldn't work (May 2012) and I would hate to have them not work. That being said there is a grouping below that are not expired for $5 something a camera... I'm taking this route just don't know what's better, kodak or fuji?!

Great price though. Let us know what they're like when you get them! And if they're expired.. what does that mean.. will they work forever..?? Orr.. like my wedding is April 2012.. ya know what i mean?

Adding these to my idea book for sure! Using vibrant colors myself, a focus of purple and orange, touches of lime green, hot pink and turquoise. Definitely incorporating orchids into everything, Love the bottom one especially! Thanks for posting!

What a special experience, to meet the designer himself! You are glowing in these pictures and that dress is stunning on you! Like the last poster, the belt absolutely makes the dress!!!

Congratulations to you and your husband
Beautiful setup, thanks for sharing!!!

Finally finished! Had to tweak my invites first before I could come up with the monograms. The first one will be used for my OOT bags as well as luggage tag inserts that I'll send to guests a month before the wedding. The second one will be used with my invites, for the belly band on my boarding pass enclosures. Just wish they would print as purple as they look on the screen!!!

I can FINALLY open attachments!!! Yey for being an officail Junior Member...
Anyways, curious as to where you found the picture for your first aid kits? I've been working on my monogram and what I'll be using for my tags for my OOT bags for labels. Like you I want it all to flow from my invites to the tags, menus etc...
Thanks in advance!

What a great deal!! Thanks!!!

I am so glad to hear your guests enjoyed the Mad Libs!! In Martha Stewarts last wedding issue she had a download for one - which I've done and had planned to include in my OOT bags. Sounds like it could be just as fun at the AHR too!! Sounds like everything went really well for you!

Of course she did! That's why I love them so much!!!! I adore her work and have been admiring one of her designs for my invites but with only needing 10 invites, I have accepted that I can make my own for a lot less than $300. She did a lovely job with yours!!!

Let me know when you do! I can't decide whether I am doing silver or gold accents, loving the ones with the jewels incorporated too!

I am just waiting to make sure all of my bridesmaids are really coming!! You know how that goes!!

I was thinking a little bing on my shoes might be nice as my dress is soooo simple! I want something like the "trump" sandals, but not by 'ivanka trump' I know how this sounds, no need to judge Still considering the steve madden groom sandals - they come in color too - but have heard reviews that the jewels fall off easily. Saw them in person and they are really cute. Something about spending $80 for sandals that I know may fall apart isn't that appealing. I keep searching thinking something new will come out, fall is coming... who am I kidding, fall shoes are already here...

Have you ordered your necklace yet? I have the same etsy seller in my favorites as I am using orchids too, was thinking for my sister, the MOH. Curious about the quality... Everything else looks lovely!

Your pictures are gorgeous, I definitely left a comment!! 8x10's are ridiculously expensive from a photographer, hope you win!!!

I did the same thing with the sewing kits! Definitely walked by them a number of times!!! But was able to get enough in pink for each of my bags!
Thanks again Tori!!
ps MJKH your bags are lovely!Originally Posted by MJKH
TORI! Just when I thought my OOT bag shopping was finished, I saw your post last night and rushed over to Michaels in Saskatoon for those cute sewing kits. They were $1.50 each here...I cleaned out the shelf and I managed to get 21 orange, green and pink kits which was perfect. The funny thing was that the clerk said they've had them for at least a month already, which meant that I've probably walked passed them 4 or 5 times on my shopping trips there! Thanks for the inspiration : )
I'm glad I started shopping as early as I did...my favourite find so far are these jute bags from Dollarama I'll be using for our OOT bags in Mexico. I'll be attaching a tag to the bag with our "logo". Just waiting for my first shipment of freebies from Vistaprint to see how that works out in the end.

love love love for a pop of purple... if only

@Tori - the Bagdley Mischka flats you posted pages back would be gorgeous with your dress!!!!
I was planning on doing these Tori Burch sandals in gold, however when I was 18, I decided it was an outstanding idea to put a tattoo across the bridge of my foot. Unfortunately the vetical thin strap of these thong sandals looks ridiculous with my tattoo.

Looking for something more like this now, similar to the matisse posted a few pages back...

Realizing the window of opportunity is shrinking though, when do "summer" sandals usually come out anyways?! April?? that's cutting it a bit close for my Type A personality!
I only wish I could wear some of these gorgeous heels! At 6' and FI coming in 1/2" shorter than me, no chance.

I'm really glad I found this thread... It simply amazes me that people think "beach wedding" means shorts and hawain shirts. My most recent back and forth is with my own mother. She keeps telling me what she wants to wear and even sent me a picture of something that looked like a MuMu the other day and her explanation was well it is on the beach... I tried my hardest to remain composed and kindly explain to her that both FI and Best Man will be wearing suits and ties. No she doesn't have to wear a typical mother of the bride gown but no she definitely can not wear a hawian print outfit. And no it won't make it better to offset her if my father wears a printed shirt too. What about those two outfits goes with understated elegance, it's still a wedding! If I didn't want people to dress for it, there's only so many reasons to get fancied up, i would have eloped!
Amazing.
So glad others are experiencing the drama.
I will be including a section on our website as we get closer for attire. Hopefully that will avoid other issues, doubtful, but i'm hopeful.
To sand ceremony or not? And, how the heck do you get it home looking nice?
