Im trying to keep things pretty simple. Im having the spoons reception as my wedding meal so no private event. Going to take over the disco in the hotel. Figure people will be drunk by that point so quite simple and easy. As for decorations going to buy a few bits as favours when i get there in Cancun to reduce luggage weight. Going to decorate the location and tables with items ordered through Lomas. Do not want to stress about too much baggage. In fact i don't want to stress about anything at all!!! How are your plans looking?

Hi girls, Ive booked my first dress fitting today. Its in 2 weeks. Feels wierd getting sized for a dress that i will be wearing in 6 months time. Typically put weight on this week. Nightmare!!!! But on a jolly note pick up wedding rings tomorrow and going to the wedding show at the NEC to get more ideas. Lots going on!

If you think its the one buy it. Nothing else will be able to live up to it anyway. I brought mine a year in advance too. Want pictures of the dress. You can normally copy and past onto here!!! The picture then sits in your photo album which means you can look at it whenever you want. I pick up my wedding rings on friday. Dead excited and again well in advance!!!! Nevermind. Havent even got the bridesmaid dress yet but that is because she is being a nightmare!!!!!

Well girls i have got another massive job done this week. Wedding rings chosen and ordered. Im really pleased with them. Been worried about gold prices rising again and not getting the ring i wanted. Another tick on list!! 7 months to go till the wedding! Excited...

Selina, You are sounding a lot more organised than me!!! I'm thinking of doing a sweet table for everyone. As its simple and easy to do. And im good at buying sweets. Trying to find a cheap DJ but nothing else than that entertainment wise. Haven't even thought of decorations. Really can't be bothered. It sounds awful. But it will definately need something. Table decorations or baloons or something. SamCalv it is definately a chore. I would rather spend the money in Mexico!!!! But am pleased to be wearing my dress again. Any excuse! xx

Hey guys, Hows everyones planning going? Ive been having a nightmare with my AHR. I have ended up booking the local rugby club. £95 with room for 150 people so not too bad. But i'm not too bothered about an AHR its more for pleasing the parents!!! But with my future husbands family issues of divorces and people not speaking! I can't really be bothered! Sounds bad i know. I eventually decided on a hog roast which has been booked. But still got to decide on DJ and if we are doing any decorations etc. Really struggling to get into the planning of it!! Whats everyone else doing for an AHR. Where as Mexico well the planning is exciting. Ive decided on my wedding location. Flowers for me and bridesmaid picked. The free breakfast in bed and brunch for the morning after picked and booked. So exciting. Kerry x

Hi Rachael, I have seen a recent post on the Azul Sensatori group where a bride still hasn't recieved her certificate 2 months later. Also seen on trip advisor a while ago with a similar post. I also need the Spanish certificate for my second hotel to get the honeymoon benefits. Im using Erick Rodriguez from Claudia Photo. Love their work and also avoiding the $800 vendor fee. Have you decided on a photographer yet?

Hey guys, What has everyone done regarding marriage certificate translation. At Azul Sensatori i know that you can pay to have it translated to English but think i want to hold on to the certificate and have it translated in England. Some people have had some sad stories about not getting their certificate back. Anyone got any ideas??? Thanks
