Hi Watsie, Sounds like your wedding at Breezes Trelawny went really well! Congrats on your marriage! I am getting married there on Janury 15th, 2011. We plan to have a big group and have the reception room reserved for that night. What was the set-up like? Is the room decorated at all? How many per table? Is there a table for the wedding party? Did you use their DJ? Any advice you could give me would be great! Thanks!

Hi Breezes Trelawny Brides! We have our wedding booked now too - it will be on January 15th at 3pm. I chose the Gazebo, but I think when we get there, talk to the wedding coordinator and look at the spots, we can make our final decision. We also reserved the reception room for that night. We are inviting 180, so not sure how many will actually come! Sax Lady - your big day is coming up quickly! I hope your ceremony and celebration are perfect! Keep us in the loop! Congrats!

Thanks for your reply, Sax Lady! Congrats on your upcoming wedding! Yes, I would love to hear how it goes. We picked this resort b/c we are inviting lots of family that have kids and want to give them the option to bring their kids. The resort seems like it is great for kids. The response from the wedding coordinators has been good (much better than other resorts) and the rates are very affordable. We plan to move to a more "romantic" resort in Negril for the honeymoon after the wedding when our guests leave.
