Were any brides legally married at OCT? If so, how long did it take for you to get your marriage certificate sent to you. And then what do you do to ensure the marriage is legal in the states? Thanks, Aubrey

If you bring your own photographer, and just have them stay there as part of your group (mine was only there for 3 nights) there is no problem. I knew a photographer from my hometown and had her come with as part of my group and the hotel knew that she was a "paying guest" so there was no charge for her. You can look at my pics on facebook as well. Aubrey Green, or the photographer is on facebook as well and she is under Studio Noveau Photography. Best wedding decision that we made was to bring her. Is anyone getting married at OCT in 2011 and knows about the fees of bringing your own photographer onsite? I was told that the hotel photographers has exclusivity there, and I didnt know if this was changing in 2011, or if I would still be able to bring my own photographer. Thanks, Aubrey

I have a price list from Ana for the photographers and it says that:   "Basic 30 pictures printed in 6†X 8â€, presentation of the same 30 pictures on a CD ROM. One typical Caribbean Album. No charge for extra time. Includes: Ceremony Beach session Price: $500 USD"  Is this what you are referring to? Will I need to talk to her about this as well?  Thanks,  Aubrey Â

Sita, I can see that your wedding was a while ago, but I am new to this forum and am thinking about getting married at the Melia Cabo Real. Do you have any advice or information that would be helpful to me. I looked at your pictures, beautiful!! Is the set up that you had what is included in the free "Melia Wedding"?
