Hi, I am an April 2011 bride too! I am sooo happy I found this forum because my mother keeps on telling me that I don't have to worry about getting everything early but I am freaking out. We are having our wedding at Breezes Runaway Bay! We had to postpone booking two times because of close family members that wanted to book with us, I told everyone that I am not waiting any longer than the last week of AIug! I am also just going to look at and hopefully purchase a dress next week. I am also scoping out some budget friendly places to hold the mini reception and dance when we get home! Ahhhh I feel so behind and I am a student so in a few weeks I will be back in school and I won't have as much time to do much planning as I will be finishing up my education degree so I will pretty much be in class, student teaching, or lesson planning right up until we leave...

I am going dress shopping next week and like both short, mermaid, and flowy dresses but am torn. My mother thinks a short dress would be very me but is still skeptical if we can find one here that will still look bridal. My best friend suggested getting a more elaborate veil if I choose a short dress which I think is a good idea. I am so excited to go dress shopping but so nervous. I have been engaged for 3 years and I decided not to try one on until I was going to purchase one! I do love all the short dresses on here and feel better after hearing that I am not the only bride having doubts about getting a short dress:)

Wow your pictures are amazing. I plan on booking a wedding for Apr 2011 at this and really want Crazy J to do my photos, he is one of the reasons I have chosen this resort:) Congrats on your wedding!

My name is Ashley and I in the process of planning a wedding in Jamaica for April 2011 and have been looking at Breezes Runaway Bay because I have heard many good things about the resort but I am having trouble finding any recent infomation on here.... maybe it just just cuz I am new lol
