Hey ladies! I finally confirmed a May 2011 date from Nicole. I was so happy to hear back from her! I am attempting to move it up a week for personal reasons so we will see how that goes. So Nicole mentioned in her email that she will not be getting the details of the wedding together until a month before. Is this enough time? My TA said we need to have more done by then. What were your experience with the planning timeline? I just want to be sure things go smoothly. Im am growing more and more excited and I have a solid year left!!! THANK YOU!

Hi! I am new to this forum however I have made my final decision to have my wedding @ Iberostar Rose Hall Suites. I have received info from them, however I requested my May 2011 date several days ago and have heard nothing. I even called and have not heard back yet. I realize my date is a year away and I am not asking for priority, but you would think they would have someone working on small details to assist Nicole. If I had not read all the nice things on here about the resort, I would likely feel very uneasy about them not responding. I am however getting super excited! We are planning a small, beach front ceremony with about 20-30 guests. Keep the info coming as I am tuned into this forum like its "breaking news!" When I sat down with my mom, I had so much detail she was amazed! I credit it all to the brides here on this forum!
