They denied me. I got almost 15 minutes of sleep in this morning before I had to schlep off to work. While I was getting ready, I spontaneously burst into tears about three times. Talk about being unhealthy... I think FI almost had me comitted.
The good news is that I think I'm getting married! Yay love! Sapphire, I am so sorry that you're going through all of this... Eventhough I am covered with a decent insurance .. I had to stop seeing specialists because the $30 copay was killing my bank account. I started to get real upset because my Chiropractor (I highly DO NOT reccommend who is located in Southington) diagnosed me wrong - I had a gut feeling and felt pressured to quickly do something about it before I ran out of money. I got to an Osteopth, after more x-rays and an MRI (fingers crossed I don't get a big bill for someone's precert screw up) he said I have a healthy structure vs what the Chiro said that I have a back of a 100 yr old woman!! Mixing money with health issues is never fun and takes a psychological toll - I really understand...I also used to be a medical biller and had to fight tooth and nail with these insurance companies and employer to do write offs or accept patient hardship waivers.
Anyway, I guess what I'm saying is try and hang in there and on a brighter note: congrats on getting married soon!
