Oh thank you spring bride! and thanks for the email address I will use that! I also have requested the 4pm wedding - it seems the ideal time and also guests wont want to get back into their beach clothes - we can wedding party all night long (I hope). We had heard the food was bland - but as you say guess we cant have everything! Cant wait to see your pictures. I will think of my list of questions - hope it doesnt take you too long to answer. Hi to All who are about to be married at Playa Pesquero & to those who already have been. There are so many threads to search through and I dont wish to double up on any - but so many have not been accesses for months or years, I thought I had better start a new one to try to get a dialogue going!  Any advice from previous brides really welcome  Any advice from brides about to go or who like me are getting married next year - I would love to hear from you.  We fly out April 1st and get married April 8th 2011. To date there are 30 of us booked (did not start out that huge!).  I have emailed Yaly, but as of yet no response. I have been told though that it is easier to hear from her on a weekend due to no wedddings.  The usual questions really - what time to get married, where to have reception, what options to book/chose, what I should do now and what can be done on arrival, number of brides per day? what if 2 brides both want same reception - i.e. beach BBQ???  Look forward to hearing from everyone!  Lisa x

Hi Julie Crystal has contacted me about an email address I have for Yali - I will look that up now. Â I have read a few of the emails between you and Crystal - they are really helpful. I will try and go back through them all so that I dont repeat the questions and you have to repeat yourself. Â I get married on 8th April next year - 22 of us originally booked - now we are at 30!! 7 months to go until we fly out on April 1st! Just deciding what to do about a reception etc. Probably with this many of us a private one is best rather than booking a restaurant - but ANY advice is very much welcome! Lisa x

Hello Everyone I have been reading some excellent tips and advice This morning I go in to pay the deposit on our wedding and honeymoon in Cuba! Hotel Playa Pesquero I would love to hear from those who are marrying her or have married here in the past, as well as all those brides to be who are marrying in Cuba in the next 12 months! Our wedding will be early April 2011 (date tbc!) our flights are 1-16 April so somewhere between there. My wedding present to my soon to be husband I think will be the overnight flight & stay to Havana! So far there are 22 of us going - including children - so actually quite excited cant believe I have 50 weeks to wait. All advice very welcome and would be very much appreciated as this is all new to me!!!! Thank you in anticipation of your response Lisa

hi, I have just looked to book Playa Pesquero for our wedding today! Just need to decide, for those of you who have married there or are planning to shortly I would love to hear from you, share ideas and take on board your advice.
