  1. I LOVE this idea!! I've been doing some research online to find the best price for those like myself who live in NY or anywhere in the US and I found them reasonably priced at www.freeskylanterns.com I got a case of 36 White sky lanterns plus 4 free, which is a total of 40 for $79.97 with taxes and shipping it was a total of $88.96. Shipping was $4.99. They have other options such as 10 lanterns for $29.87 plus 1 free etc... and you can also order the case of colored sky lanterns for the same price. Check it out ladies!!

  2. I agree with the protein shakes. After a hard core workout, you want to replenish those muscles so they can recover quickly and you could look great sooner. Give your muscles what they need and they will do the rest.... which is burn fat and make you look good! I have 1 month and 3 days to go till the big day!! I have definitely stepped up my workouts and have been clean eating as well. I still however, have my wine one or two days a week. I recently had my boudoir shoot and I was very pleased! I was confident not only in my clothing, but in my own skin. I will share a teaser with you gals hopefully tomorrow. Stick to it ladies!! YOU CAN DO IT!!

  3. Thank You. I didn't know you could use your resort credit for decor! That's great! Now I can request colored linens. I'm going to ask my wedding coordinator first because we all know how they tell everyone something different. What they may have done for you, they may not do for me. I'm keeping my fingers crossed though :)

There are MANY other things to use your credits for here.  It all depends on how many days you're staying.

We stayed 8 nights.  This gave us $300 credits to the spa, which we used all of and then had to pay cash for our couples massage.  My FI and his groomsmen golfed and used their credits.  Many people got the tequila that you can use your credits for.  There are nice creams in the spa that you can buy with your credits.  You can also do many tours.

DO NOT UPGRADE YOUR ROOM WITH THE CREDITS.  Chances are they will probably do that for you anyway.

Some of our guests also did the lobster dinner and liked it.

I'd advise you to buy a few table runners and or chair sashes.  Buy some decor to put on the tables.  We used our bridesmaids bouquets for the center pieces and it looked great.

Also be flexible.  We were supposed to have our reception outside on the Tucan Terrace and they moved us to the ballroom.  I was not happy about this at first but my WC said there was a chance of rain.  All of my guests really preferred being in the ballroom because there was AC!

    Everyone had a fabulous time!

  4. I picked it up at michael's. The original price was $14.99 and I paid $7.00 because it was on sale. You can always use a 40-50% coupon too. I wasn't able to use a coupon because it was on sale. I haven't tried it out yet because I have to make a hole on top so we can pour the sand. I think it should be fine. I'm going to post a pic this weekend so you can see how it looks.

  5. I'd like the answer to this too because I choose the complimentary. I don't understand why you can apply your resort credit to all other packages and not the complimentary package. I don't care that it's complimentary, some how we're paying for it so it really isn't free. Besides, the complimentary is a package and I feel you should be able to upgrade using your resort credit with all packages.

  6. Oh no! That's terrible. I'm sure you'll find one.

I know!! Not as of yet. I need to get on that very soon. I'm just so caught up with so much to do. I'm leaving for Miami on Sunday with my girlfriends for a mini bachelorette party for 4 days, then have a two birthday partys when I return. Yikes!!

  7. Hand delivery will cut cost dramatically!! There's nothing wrong with your plan. Why send an invite to someone who you kind of already know would not be going? That's just my opinon. DIY is the way to go and no it's not rude.

I will also be doing it all DIY. Or is that rude?

  8. Will do! Yes, I feel great.

Others will notice the difference  a lot sooner than you will.

Clothes fitting better than ever and fitting into things that you couldn't fit into before, makes it all worthwhile.

Sounds great! Make sure to share a few teasers with us when you get your photos :)

    Happy Planning!

  10. Great Choice!! These shoes are fabulous and have a nice sparkle to them. Not overwhelming. I almost purchased these shoes a few days ago but then found a perfect sandal. They won't disappointed. I'm not sure how you'll feel about the fit. They didn't bother me, but then again i'm always in heels. LOL You're right..... If you don't like them, you can return them. Are you looking for a sandal or more of a pump? color?

I did order from Zappos though, so if I don't like them I'm not out anything. Fingers crossed!!

  11. You can do it!!!! Just think about how great you're going to look for your boudoir pics and your wedding. I'm glad to hear that you've stepped up your game. You will see results :) You're FI is a personal trainer, which is a plus!!

My Boudoir session is in 2 weeks with Jen from jeneration photography. I'm really excited about it, even more so that I dropped some weight and look more toned than ever. I am so looking forward to shopping for some Boudoir outfits. LOL Who are you using for your Boudoir session and where?

Hopefully my super hard work this week pays off and I see some results....

    :)
