ha ha Nicy your dreams will come!! lol....  I had a lovely day yesterday with Mum. Didn't get any suitcases so the hunt goes on.....(....But mum found her shoes for the wedding. Honestly we were like silly teenagers so excited in the shop when she was trying them on! They are lovely and will go with her dress perfect )  I'm going to pay a chunk off my wedding dress tomorrow, yippeee!!! Should have it paid off by October then i will be itching to go and try it on again ha ha.... Still got Mexico to pay for but i'm chipping away at that monthly so as long as it's coming down i'm happy ) A lottery win would be nice though lol  Girls that are waiting to book we have all been there and god it is SO frustrating! We were originally told our prices would be out in March.... march came and went... then April.... no, still no prices.... we had to wait till June to book ours to fly out the following May! It does feel like forever especially when you just want to give your guests the prices too. But it will happen. Finger's x'd soon )

Nicy - sounds like you had a lovely day! So nice you have found something you like and want. I am still undecided. I think we will get our rings after xmas now as funds are running low too. Mind you MIL works in a jewellers so FI will prob get his ring with 30% off and can pay it off over 6 months.  I only weighed myself this week and had lost 2lb. I will weigh myself again on maybe wednesday and see if i've lost anymore. I have been trying to be good but we are going out tonight so i'm sure it will all go back on ha ha....  Welcome Susan!!  Roo - OMG my dreams have started too.... i had a dream on Friday night that my sister (MOH) said she was pregnant and couldn't come to the wedding! It wouldn't happen so i dont know why i was dreaming it! ha ha.... going mad already! 8months and 24days till we fly! We didn't do STD's either. We knew who was/was not coming to Mexico so didn't see the point. We are having an AHR in June so i will just send out invitations for that after xmas

Herbie - I'm just exercising everyday. Cutting down on my saturated fat and carbs. I'm not doing any sort of diet ie weight watchers or slimming world. I have done those before and they are ok but i get bored. So i thought i would just try and cut down on stuff without cutting it out totally. It's more exercise with me really though. I eat pretty healthy. But i do love food and my wine so i'll never be a size zero, lol..  Thanx for "well dones on the weight loss"... i just hope i can keep it up ha ha  Girls yes they do ship to the UK but it's around $35 but seeing as i came unstuck with the bags i got i'm not taking chances on paying £60 in shipping and vat again. It's only $10 to ship to US so i'd be better getting it sent to my sisters friends for her to pick up in Feb. That's if i go with one of those. I did see a lovely flower girl dress in Oriental Pearl for her so will try that one before i decide. I was just googling toddler occasion wear (we have a wedding in Oct and need a dress for Scarlett) and the site popped up )  Nicy 2 for 89p on the lip balm is a bargain!! I can't find any cheap pots of lipbalm. But i will try next.

ha ha it's our bestman's 30th today and we are out for his birthday at the weekend so i'm sure that 2lb will go back on in liquid form. lol  Girls what do you think of this? Nicy that is lovely!! what a nice MIL you have! The conversation was similar to what i had with my mum. I'm so used to doing things on my own so it was so nice when she popped by with a cheque. I agree they dont seem to much different to the old ones. I think i would have to see a few more before i'd make a decision. We like the fact you will have photos to take home with you not just the CD. Do all the outside photographers do a DVD for the same price range?

Vicki - sorry about the job front. That is really bad they say they will get back to you and they dont. Finger's x'd something comes up soon  kiwimel - yes they are nice in the flesh. Very flimsy and see through (hence the tissue paper) but they are nice i'm pleased with them. They are lightweight to travel, really cheap and they do them in loads of colours.. )

37 degrees.. wish it was like that over hear. Our freak weather in the southeast is bright sunshine one minute then heavy down pours the next i'm in and out like a yoyo with the washing on the line! ha ha... extra exercise i suppose lol...  £600 bloody hell that is brilliant!!!  I was going to do the photos for FI's present but i haven't got the confidence to do it. I always buy him jewellery and watches so it might be a day out or something. When i've done one i will post pix.. I will prob get the hotel to put them in the rooms. We all arrive together so can't have them there for when they arrive. It will be either that or at the welcome dinner on the second night.  Mum n Dad have been great (well apart from Dad not coming of course).. I love my family to bits...  A day shopping with your mum sounds lovely. I love shopping!!

Herbie there used to be a Berkertex brides (think that's what it was called) in Bluewater but it's no longer there. The only bridal store there now is Oriental Pearl. They could do with one actually. Â I forgot to say i also have personalised pens for the OOT bags and i'm putting a welcome letter in which i have nearly finished )... i only have small gift bags so cant get to carried away with things. Plus i didn't want them to turn into an expensive gift. Â Girls who are doing luggage tags... when are you planning on giving them out? Â Also those that are having there own music at the ceremony. How are you doing this? Ipod? CD? x

Thanx hun really glad it's sorted and very quickly too ) that's what i like ha ha..  Mum has been great i actually felt a bit guilty that i'd been doing it all myself. It wasnt on purpose. I'm just used to doing everything so just cracked on with it. I didnt intentionally leave her out. ha ha... it's nice she wants to do things and today she came round and gave us £1000 towards bits so that is a great help )  Lets face it MIL wouldn't do it so it's nice i have my family who want to be involved and help me )

 Thanks i know there are defo problems with the language barrier. I dont know how they missed it being us but i'm glad it's sorted now and the WC and the TA have the same couple on the same day and time. I have it in black and white to prove it ha ha.. i am printing those kinds of emails and taking them with me as a back up.. lol....  As for booking the package...hhhmmm I really think it depends on who you book with and which hotel. This is my personal opinion. My WC at the hotel takes FOREVER to get back to me so we decided to book with the TA. Having said that. I did contact the WC at the hotel direct and reserve our date and time. I wanted some kind of contact with them, i didn't want it all left to the TA. (i trust no-one, lol).. if the hotel had better communication i prob would have booked direct.. sorry not much help am i..  We booked our holiday through Caribbean Warehouse and they got us all the best rates and then the girl looking after us took care of everyone that booked. She either phoned them or they phoned her. She then just grouped us all together to be part of the wedding party. But everyone is in charge of their own holiday and fiances. Which i prefer. I have enough to get on with without collecting and accounting for everyones money.  Yes i am buying FI a pressie but dont know what yet...  Herbie - yes i am doing OOT bags. So far i have antibactirial gel, small packet of wipes, some insect cream, scholl party feet gel plaster spots and some resolve tabs... for the morning after the night before, ha ha.. i also wanted personalised playing cards and lipgloss but they are proving a bit dearer than i expected so the hunt goes on..... i am collecting things as i go and see them.. are you doing them?

Oh forgot to say. We have our ceremony time back. She said she feels i'm doing it all myself and she's had no input to her daughters wedding. So nice of her to offer. Every little helps right...?
