Congrats, you came to the right place... all the BDW ladies here are awesome and so helpful.

That is absolutey horrible!! Surely there has to be some recourse you can take... and make sure you don't have to pay more than you already have. In Ontario, we have TICO (travel insurance company? of Ontario) they protect you from that .. I think. Do you have anything like that in Alberta? Air Transat can't just leave you high and dry... make them fly you to TO, and go from here or something.. surely there are some alternatives they can offer you. Remember you didn't do this, so your guests should understand and be sympathetic. Try sending out an email to everyone to save from the repetitiveness and time of calling everyone. Take a big breath and take it one step at a time... also, call AT head office and be insistent at talking to someone with authority... Good luck and keep us posted!!

AHHHHH, this website is driving me crazy. I did have a message before my last one, but it's so f-ing slow, it didn't even work... took me 10 minutes and three tries to get on!! Cogswellgray, I was trying to say that I thought pricing started at $45/person for the cocktail cruise, but I can't remember where I got that from, so I sent them a message... I'm going to bed. Hey, I can't remember if I asked this before, but is anyone else going to have some kind of a cruise at all? We want to have a cocktails cruise the second day there so everyone can meet each other, etc. I know there is a company there, can't remember the name right now, but they have different packages, cruise lengths etc. Katie, are you having a photographer? We weren't planning on it, the FI thinks it's too expensive, which I do agree, but I kinda think it's almost too important to leave to our friends to do...

Has anyone else been having trouble getting on this site? It has been soooooo slow for me, especially trying to get on the different pages... it's driving me crazy ... couldn't even get on yesterday... I felt like I was missing out on so much... maybe I am addicted??
