Hi SJHitch, Congratulations! I was wondering how long you booked the photographer for? Did you have a videographer and did you book them for the same amount of time as the photographer? I'm getting married in Oct and am estimating about 25 guests. I just don't know if I need video of the whole reception but I'm also afraid of feeling rushed to cut the cake, etc if I only book them for 2 hours for example. Thanks!

Hi! My name is Emily and we're probably getting married Sept 2010 in St Thomas but nothing is definite yet. We're starting to research some hotels to check out when we visit in a couple of months. There are so many mixed reviews on travel sites regarding the quality of the rooms but I think it will really help to see it for ourselves. But even visiting now is not a guarantee of what to expect when the day actually comes....but maybe I'm just over-thinking things. Ughhhh..... But it's nice to visit this site and get some tips and not feel so crazy! LOL! Happy Planning to everyone!

Hi Everyone, My name is Emily and I just joined this week. I've been engaged since April but we're just starting the wedding planning talks now...very hard to focus during this early stage! We're leaning towards a wedding in Sept 2010 in St Thomas. I'm a little concerned about the chance of rain during that time so if you have any advice or experience with St Thomas or any of the other US Virgin Islands, please let me know!
