I am a "leave everything to the last minute" kind of girl, but I have been getting a lot of things done in the past few weeks. I think most of the details get finalized once you arrive. The WC Ramon has been quick to answer most of my questions. We are only having about 20 people, but I did get a DJ, just because I do not want to worry about the music, and I want us to be announced, and I just feel like it will be more structured that way. I also did get some centerpieces and bouquets from an outside florist that I have been communicating with. I think whatever you go with will be fine though!

They have been really responsive and their prices are reasonable.

we are doing a brunch for about 100 people at a really nice restaurant. It is going to be about $4K with alcohol but I do not have to worry about anything other than showing up and that was so important to me.

Hi Girls... Veronica told me the same thing regarding the reception location. She said she could not guarentee any location until a month before. I am really not sure why... this really worries me.

hi girls... I wasn't sure if anyone was aware of the this... because I definitely was not. I talked to Veronica regarding reception locations and she told me that there are multiple locations and that she can't guarantee any locations until a month before the wedding. My wedding is on a Saturday and she said there are three locations that are going to be used since there is more than one wedding that day.... the foyer, the Barcelon restaurant and Garibaldi square (which is completely outdoors).

hi girls! We just recently booked out wedding at ERC on May 15th, 2010. I am so exited and I have been looking on this site for days now. It is so helpful. I am thinking of using the photographers from Moments that Matter http://www.MomentsThatMatterPhotogra.../PriceList.htm . They are reasonably priced and I like their pics. I am also looking into getting a catamaran for a sunset cruise the day before or after the wedding.
