I am an engagment product of my best friends wedding however my fiance waited until after the wedding (the next morning) to pop the question. Since I was there for a wedding I never in a million years thought he would do it then because I knew the trip was all about her.

It turns out great but it was after the wedding.........I would have felt weird if he did it before or at. Hopfully the following day is an option for him as the other brides also mentioned.

I got this on my rsvp yesterday

Chris/Steph, of course Aunt Carrie and I are goin to make every attempt to be there. Despite the never ending bad news about Mexico. A few weeks there was an entire article in The Newsday travel section about why not to go there and what to be aware of when you do.

there are 12 of each I believe.....I dont really care which I use but I only need 50......so I could send you what you need if your interested.......I found them online by searching "alluminium bottle opener key chains".

I did see palm tree ones but there is a HUGE minimun order. This was the only assorted package that was a resonable number.

I don't think i would mind a day excursion trip on the wedding day.........I guess I just always pictured (i might need to get the pictures out of my head) us hving breakfast with our family on our wedding day. We have a late wedding (5pm) so were not doing the traditional not seeing each other on the day thing. My only hesitation.....is that we are all BIG drinkers. We go big and go home. A morning fishing trip might not be too bad but a tequila distillary on our wedding day doesn't sound great to me.

I found this site for dry erase door hangers

Super cute......minimun order for printed ones = $198 for 330 so if any of you brides want to go in on them and we can come up with a universal design....count me in.

Amen Girl! I know exactly what your going through. My mother gave me the guilt trip about people having to pay for thier own day passes if they dont stay at our resort! I am not made of money also! haha I want to put that on the website! Goodthing we are going the stress free DW route right? haha

So my FI mentioned a guy's outing and for some reason I didn't like the idea. We discussed it and he said its not that big of deal but now I feel bad.

I want our wedding trip to be everthing both of us ever wanted not only what I want.

We are only going to be in Mexico with our friends and family for 3 days and I feel we shouldn't try and leave anyone out.

I mentioned that if he want to fly home (NY) for a weekend before the wedding to hang out with all of the guys or if he wants to have a bachelor party....to do that.... but I don't feel as if an 'all guy' outing should be something that is part of our wedding weekend. I want him to have fun and go to strip clubs and party but not while we have asked everyone to come visit us for our wedding.

I feel as if I am being selfish, because I don't think I would really enjoy just hanging out with all of the girls. (not a girly spa kind of girl...I would rather be playing golf and drinking tequila) But I know how guys need their 'guy time'

My FI is so great...because he said thats fine baby! But now I feel as if I am being stupid.

I love all of my friends and family and want to just hang with everyone.

I know the Red Rock and Green Valley both have amazing spas. Both are off strip but still casinos. It could be a fun outing for the girls! I am not sure how expensive they are...but usually off strip tends to be less expensive.

I have also heard that Y Me Nails & Spa is a fun place for that kind of stuff! It is really close to the strip too and has great prices !

There is also this website called 1/2 off las vegas and it has lots of great specials fo spas and mesages..you might find something fun on there!
