Hello again ladies! Armnat- I have heard all of those things, I for one am perfectly okay with all of them. The shade thing might become an issue, but otherwise none of the other things really affect me. I wanted to let you all know that I received an email from Yolanda with a ppt of the arbors/structures that you can get married under. If anyone wants to see them PM me and I'll send them to you. I get married 3 weeks from today, so I will hopefully have a good review for all of you when I get back.

Hi ladies! I haven't been on here in a while, but wanted to check with some of you. Are any of you doing a symbolic ceremony? We are legalizing it here the week before we leave and just doing a symbolic ceremony so we don't have to deal with all the leagl stuff in Mexico. But now I'm all worried that I won't be able to have the ceremony in English and that I won't be able to personalize it. I've asked Yolanda before but never really got a response. Does anyone have any idea?

We will also be getting married in the US before leaving. It is just easier that way.

I think it is great to hear that Carlos worked things out with you. I have him booked for our wedding in September and this actually makes me more confident in my choice to book him as our photog. This shows that he truly does have good business ethics along with some amazing photography skills. Good luck with your wedding in Cuba! I'm sure it will be a beautiful day!

Sorry, I haven't been on here in a little while... Lip0213- I had the same problem when I was trying to secure our date. I'm sure I bugged Yolanda to death over it, but my CC finally got charged. I was going to use Dreams PV, but then someone booked our date out from under us because I didn't have a deposit down. So I was a walking panic attack until she finally charged our deposit! Since that has been charged I haven't heard from Yolanda though. I sent her an email probably a couple of months ago at this point asking some questions and never recieved a response.
