OK! I am actually not using a travel agent and going directly through the resort but I will make sure the contract is written up the way you suggested. I am so happy you still recommend them regardless of this issue -- that makes me feel a little better I am going to Playacar Palace a week from Thursday for a site inspection, so if all goes as planned and I love it I'm going to book it. PLEASE let me know once the issue has been resolved - I am keeping my fingers crossed for you!!

Hi There! I am actually considering a wedding at Playacar Palace and one of the reasons I am pretty much sold on it is because of the incentives Palace Resorts offer. Has this issue been resolved?? I am curious, did your 62 room night total include your stay as well? If so, I dont think you are allowed to include the bride and grooms stay - just the guests... Sorry, just trying to make sense of it... either way, it can be very misleading if that is never stated anywhere in the contract. Please keep me posted... I am sorry to hear you are going through this...

Hey Jen, Were the rates your travel agent negotiated for the Suites or Beach resort? And do they include hotel only (with all inclusive). Just curious if they are also giving you kids free and honoring this year's wedding rates? I'm in the process of having my travel agent negotiate with them and this info would be extremely helpful!
