Hi ALL, I am getting married at DPC on March 19, 2010 & was wondering if anyone new how many people per table? Thank you.

Karenk77..$1450 was for 1 adult, but w/2 kids included, the total was 2600.00(deluxe room) and I paid $3350.00 for a honeymoon suite for 2 adults-direct flight from Newark, transfer to & from the resort, 6 nights... They also price match. For example, Apple was quoting me less for the deluxe room (tricky w/kids) so they matched it.

Are the quotes for a deluxe room, or honeymoon suite/junior suite? Thru cheapcaribbean.com I found 1450 for 6 nights, direct flight thru Newark-continental airline-deluxe room, transportation back & forth included. I found them the cheapest & according to my wedding coordinator, they have never experienced problems with them. There's also a cheapcaribbean rep on site (Dreams Punta Cana resort) Check it out. I am getting married at Dreams Punta March 2010 so I sent out STD's about 3 months ago which i ordered from 123print. I ordered magnets stating to save the date, punta cana, and listed at the bottom my free website at Wedding Planning Guide and Free Wedding Websites - mywedding.com where I have all my information listed..introduction page about our decision in having a destination wedding..how we met, engagement, accomodations, entertainment at the resort, our fav music, guest book, RSVP, and more. I finished the website before I sent the save to date. Anytime I update it, I send emails to my guests directly from the website. It makes things a lot easier for everyone especially for us. Hopes this helps.... Oh..once I received the magnets, I place them in white cards (in the middle) and venum on top with a pretty aqua flower holding the velum & card together. It was a little bit of a project but my best friend who's a party planner helped me. Now..I'm searching for invites now...

I am also getting married at Dreams Punta Cana March 2010. My wedding coordinator is Sharon who is so far WONDERFUL. She responds to all my emails within minutes, or the most in two days. She's great.

I am getting married at Dreams Punta Cana and I also found the prices very high for my guests. I feel terrible that my guests will have to pay to attend our wedding. I hope and pray all works out for everyone. I already booked my trip for 7 days, 6 nights ( honeymoon suite), and we paid 3350.00 including direct flight. I am taking it day by day, and once again, hope and pray it works out for everyone. If not, I will totally understand. ;(

It's also wonderful to know that they will give me a direct contact which definitely makes things a lot easier.. thank you thank you thank you!!!! My wedding coordinator also commented on how she has never heard of anyone having a problem with Dreams reservations thru Cheap caribbean. This is great because they are definitely pricing a few hundred dollars cheaper....EXCELLENT!

Sorry about your new search. Go to Dreams website, and click into wedding which I think will give you an option to email them. I think once you send all your questions, a wedding coordinator will contact you and then your process will start. Good Luck. My recommendations is exactly what I did and after many back and forth emails, I finally booked my wedding for March 19, 2010. Once you have made up your mind, you send them a request form, and they will then get back to you with a confirmation. If you have any questions, feel free to ask me. Take care.
