depends when your TA says the deposit has to be in and when ppl have to be booked by. my weddings is in JAN and they said that my last day for booking was july 15 so i put my invites out in end of may... talk to your TA see what they say - if like mine i would do about 8 mnths before! so around endof september!

Well, Ivan will be doing our's Feb 25th and nmurch's wedding in late January at Barcelo...he'll know all the "hot spots" of the resort by then! My experience thus far with him have been excellent, very prompt with replies, and he genuinely seems excited to do the job! We added on the engagement session and he suggested going into Playa del Carmen and the beach there...I think this will be a great prelude to the wedding day! Good luck with everything. i agree, honestly i CAN NOT wait to work with Ivan, his prices are AMAZING, AMAZING quality, he gets back to emails VERY quick. he's all around amazing.!

you can choose. 2 nights stay - where i am double occupency because of the photog and assistant it's 600cad for 2 nights and thats meals etc included...... or  a 300USD fee for outside photographer + 2 day passes @ 130.00USD each for the palace! so 560USD for 1 day or the photogs can do 600cad for 2 full days of meals drink etc.. so i went with the 2 nights stay ( i just booked them at the lower hotel the caribe i think)

 

LOL - too funny i had one last night - and i've been having dreams about being pregnant - which woulnd't be a big deal normally - but i'm stressing cause i CANT GET PREGGO 4 months b4 the wedding. and i have dreams like i'm running around and i'm preggo in my wedding gown and doing last minute stuff!! lol

the good news is, is that now people can atleast get pretty good quality over meh quality and not have to fight over the external/daypass/2room night etc.! because i think the quality of the new peoples photos is really good. yes it is a lil expensive but the prices are worth the pics compared to foto caribe

Hey! i'm totally wanting to get someone too!!! how much are they charging you if you dont mind me asking?? also i would believe any outside vendors you have to buy a day pass, i dont know about the palace i think its 130USD/day OR colonial like 80USD/day... i would just not tell the hotel and pretend like they are a guest or they will probly make you pay some outrageous "outside vendor fee"

OK, i want to know what your thoughts are on my situation here

we are legally getting married a couple days before we go to MEXICO!

so i wanted it to be me, my FH our parents and grandparents that cant

make it to mexico... thats it. and some how

the word got out that we are legally getting married b4 hand and now all

the people that said "no" on our RSVP want to come! and i dont want them there

because i dont want this to be like our wedding day and with all those people

i'm afraid it might make me feel that way and like i said i dont want to take

away from the real mexico wedding!... what should i do? they are nagging me

telling me they want to be there for us etc.. and i just dont want that.

how can i tell them no? or should i just let them come!

my wedding is in a jan and i needed to get a rush rush on mine and costed me 300 bucks extra and i got it about 1 month ago!... good luck with finding your dress, hopefully you can fit a sample etc.. and then get it altered etc!
