Thanks, I thought so too!!! Plus most of the flowers i'm using (minus the iris's) are inexpensive in Mexico. There is a post on here somewhere, I can't remember the name, but it lists the flowers easiest to find in Mexico. So I just kind of went from there.

I am going through the same thing with my FI. Details and organization are so not important to men! I just tell him the important stuff and tell him to leave all the little things to me - capiche

 

It's good you are able to see beyond the silly fighting and remember that he's your man, you love him and it's not a big deal! At the end of the day your wedding will be amazing and both of you will be super happy for all the hard work you've put in!

I think the woman who plays Tara's mom is a great actress. She makes me think she's crazy in real life!!! Seriously as annoying as she is, she plays her character really well.

We ordered ours in the Pure Irish Linen in the light beige. It's great!!! So light weight, my FI loves it. Everyone in the alterations shop was commenting on how great it looks. (We measured wrong so had to make a few adjustments) Sorry no pics of him in it but I can try to post some pics of the suit itself later today.

I just ordered my TTD from here yesterday:

I ordered it in the white. So once it comes in i'll post pics...promise!!! It'll likely be way too long for me but that's an easy alteration. I also am thinking of adding straps to it.

 

I'm pretty brave about ordering things online. My FI's suit came from Studio Suits and it's perfect!!! (well after we had it altered because we are measuring impaired, LOL)

 

Most people only post reviews when they have bad experiences not when they are good and some people are just super picky and anal about things. The way I see it, it's a $100 dress, if it's amazing then I got a really good deal. If not i'll move on to plan B

After giving this some thought I really don't think it's a big deal. He's wearing his jacket for the ceremony and pics so it's covered then. It would be way too much work to rearrange the colours.

So we went to pick up my FI's linen suit from alterations yesterday and the sales guy found us the most amazing shirt. It's a very light white cotton and has embroidered white stripes with a light blue detailing through the front beside the buttons and a little on the back. It looks absolutely amazing on him and with his suit. (i'll try to post pics later)

 

The problem is that I had my colours set on being a deep purple and lime green. I really want to make sure things coordinate a bit. What do you think I should do here? Here's the link the bridesmaid dresses:

If any of you petite ladies are contemplating selling your dresses let me know. I'm looking for a TTD that's a size 4 and i'm about 5'2 so if the length has been altered then it's not really a problem here.

 

That is unless you are shorter than me and in that case "Holy Smokes you're really short" (i'm teasing...us shorties need to stick together!)

 

I'm looking to keep the price low, like under $200 would be ideal.

Here's a tip....before he leaves on his Bachelor party give him the craziest sex, lap dance, strip tease you can think of (seriously have some fun with it). Trust me this will only make him want to race home to you

 

I totally understand the uncomfortable feelings that happen. You wouldn't be human if they didn't happen but I like what someone posted earlier here (sorry I can't remember who):

 

Act like you don't care, tell him to have a good time, and remind him that on your bachelorette you're going to have just as much fun!!! There may be a lap dance with some guys man parts in your face, LOL, even if that's a bit of lie (personally I think YUCK) - anyhow watch how uncomfortable it makes him. Your guy will understand right then and there why you feel the way you do! Oh and if he acts like he's cool with it just know that he's full of it because no guy is really cool with that, trust me on this one.

 

At the end of the day your man loves you and you love him and you shouldn't worry yourself with things like this.

I've actually convinced my FI to take Tango lessons and i'm so excited! We have lessons lined up for November and then we are going to do some private lessons to choreograph a routine. I'd give you some tips to convince your man on the dancing lessons but i'm not even too sure how I talked mine into it in the first place, LOL
