I'm an Offical Azul Fives Bride. My wedding date is Septmber 5, 2009!!! I'm so excited!

I created a newsletter to get all my guest excited about the wedding before I sent out my STDs and to get a general idea of who was interested in going. We hadn't told anyone about our plans so this was the first time they heard about any of the wedding details. I cut the second page and some of the pics so that I could post it. BDW Newsletter.doc

Welcome to the forum Cynthia. I definately understand you situation. My fiance is a doctoral student and I am in law school. We picked September which is a risky month for travel as well. However, this is the best time because it is after the Bar exam for me. I am including traveler's insurance in the price of the trip for all of my attendees so if we do have any issues with rain and hurricanes we can cancel our reservations up until the last day. Hopefully this is helpful and I'm sure our fellow brides will be able to assist you as well.

I really like the monogram. now i just have to come up with one of my own. I will definitely use the template after i gater all of my thoughts. My brain is on overload with all of the DIY projects.
