    I ordered sumbrerros (sp) and I am putting one in each room. Each one will contain an into letter, flip flops/guest, sunblock, lip balm, inflatable beach ball and water ball (kids in room) and bug spray. I might add some more stuff, but I am not sure.

    Hey! I am trying to figure out the details for my July 24th wedding. Oh boy, so many random things come up. My project today is the music. Has anyone used the DJ? I really want a DJ so, they can keep the party going and announce the new couple, begin the 1st dance, etc. I have not seen anything listed on the thread. I know a lot of people have brought the iPods, but I am so bad with music. I just want someone to handle to the whole thing.

    Congrats! Your review is fantastic. What opitions did you negotiate with the WC? I am just curious of how flexiable they are.

    CitrusBride- I have been assigned to Lily too. I have found that if I bullet point my questions in an email she will respond to them, otherwise they tend to get over looked. Hope that helps.

    Great pics Camie. I can't wait to see the rest. Did you give the photographer different poses that you wanted or did he basically tell you what to do? Did he take any during the cocktail party or while you were getting ready? What package did you get? Sorry for all the questions.

    OMG...my wedding is 2 1/2 months away and I am starting to panic. I am having a hard time figuring out the timing of events. Any input would be wonderful. My wedding is scheduled for 3pm. So, I am thinking of either doing a cocktails afterwards or going to a bar until dinner. I have no idea where we are going to do the dinner. I am roughly at 50people, which means that we are going to have a private function. Ideally, I would like to have it on a terrace. Has anyone done this with a large group? Also, did you have a dance floor and dj? Please anyone, give me your opinon. I am confused.

    Hey there! I am trying to figure out how to get the wedding extras (cocktail party, private function, etc) if you have 10+ rooms booked. I have talked to a couple of TA's and they say different things. One said that I have to put down a deposit for all the rooms and another one said I did not. How is everyone doing this? I really hope that I can go about it with out putting down a room deposit. Any input would be awesome. I am getting super nervous....yikes!

    I am looking in to Marival for my wedding, it seems like they have great wedding packages. I have been trying to find info on the resort and have not found to much....it makes me nervous.     I am looking to plan my wedding at Senstori late this summer. I am just trying to figure out all of the costs. Has anyone got group discounts on rooms? I am looking to have 40-50 people. Do you know if it is cheaper to go through a travel agent or direct through the hotel? I really want to get a great price for my guests.

    I just started looking into the AI resorts. If all of you guests stay there can you reserve a restaurant? Or do you have to pay for a buffet/cocktail hour? I am planning on having about 40 guests.
