  1. Question to you ladies...I don't really understand the group booking. The price I got quoted doesn't apply to all my guests...therefore some may be paying a higher price than others....what happens if the plane is booked if some people leave it to last minute...does that mean they fly down on their own? I'm just a little confused on what the bonus is by getting a "group rate".

Sara: Found this in a previous post

    1. Is there a DJ for the ceremony/reception? Do you get a chance to talk with them (either directly or through Yaly) regarding your music? My plan was to make a cd for the ceremony itself and perhaps a few songs for our reception (first dance, etc)
There is a dj for the reception. I didn't get to talk to the musicians about the ceremony but they did a great job and we had them bring speakers and put a friend of our in charge of playing the special songs on the ipod for when we started walking down the aisle. They have the connectors for the ipod.
We just used playlists and ipods for the reception but there was a dj there if we needed him.
  4. Sara: Here's some info that I got in an e-mail from Yaly...but maybe Connie would be able to confirm for you.

    Documents the clients should present

•If the parties are divorced, the divorcee status certification.

•If the parties are widowed, the widowed certification and death certification of the former spouse.

•All documents have to be handed in the original language, translated into Spanish and legalized in the Cuban Consulate in your country.

•If the parties are single, no documents required just valid passports.

Note: Bookings must specify clients will celebrate their wedding in the hotel
