Hi everyone, I am so nervous I just thought about the wedding and realized that I only have 5 weeks to go before I leave, I am at work and just got sick, to my stomach, Anyway does anyone know the order of service so that I can work on my programs as that is the last thing that I have to do besided send in my documents.   5. Hello girls, As I stated I am haveing the Fire dancer and regular Dancers for $350.00 you get them for an hour. My reception starts at 6:30 and they are coming at 8:00, 8:30 is the lastest time that you can get them because they have a show that starts everynight at 9:30 on the resort, please contact [email protected] for more information as this is who chandlyn advised me to talk to

Hey girls, Quick question I am going with the free wedding package and I am very confused with the optons that you get i was thinking about purchasing 2 extra hours for after the ceromony and another 2 for our ttd at dunns'river on sunday is this enough I do not want to miss certain things like the getting ready photos and mother/bride grandparents and group shots etc... but also do not want to spend a lot of money does this sound crazy. Oh btw girls everthing is taken care of for 10/24/09 I have booked the ceromony which starts at 4pm reception will be at the plantation we have hired the fire dancer and regular dancers flowers are booked table decorations as well as welcome dinner has been booked I think I am done after I figure out this picture stuff. Am I missing any thing? we have 45 guest booked and the last payment is due 8/13/09 time is coming to fast. Once all guest are paid in full I will order everything for my welcome bags. Here is a list of what I am putting in them My MIL is in the process of making a bag right not to show me 1.Welcome letter 2. jamaica themed Postcards to send backhome 3.Ocho Rios brochure 4.List of activities 5.Homemade CD with our picture as cover 6.Small travel packets of Tylenol, Tums, and hand sanitizer, bar of soap,toothpaste, etc.. 7.Deck of cards 8. disposable cameras

I am getting married 10/24/09 at ROR and am trying to figure out the best idea for reception etc... the ceromony is at 4, i would like to have a reception after dinner and I am tryiing to figure out what is the best option for me we have 37 people that have booked I am working on a $2,500 $3000 at max dollar budget for dj, reception decoration flowers,cermony etc... can you girls please help me pick a location poolside, plantation, etc,... I already have the firdancers booked which were 350.00 so I am really need help for a nice event for my guest on a tight budget. Thank in advance. Another problem is dancers start at 8:30 becausethey have a show to do at 9:30

I am so not the prepared bride only thing that I have done is I have my wedding dress as well as the bridemaides dresses. Ok I will get to the point. What are my options for after the dinner,Please provide as much info as possible, also what are the cost of these options, and how do I contact chandlyn. Oh I forgot I did contact Michael and set up my TTD session at Dunns River., But on a serious note I really need help. All suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance girls

Hey to answer your questions I have been thinking about going a way for a while now and I first sent info out to all my guest in Aug of 08 just letting them know what we were thinking about doing I got a lot of respones from people stating that they wanted to go. So in Dec I sent out more info with the rates of the hotel + airfare pacakge which was $1,087 with a $150. deposit due by 2/5/09 as of right now the final is 42. I am so glad I never thought that this many would book. I think I love the option of the poolside where is that at is there a cost and have you booked with chandlyn yet for it. I am just trying now to get this part behind me. Lol

  15. Hey Guys, Quick question. I sent out Wedding announcements to my guest back in Sep. I have received 44 responces from people that stated that they were going. My question is rates are now avail for guest to start booking and I would like to send something in the mail advising them of this, so they can contact my travel agent to start booking. How do I word this? Please see below of how the wedding annoucement was made and tell me where to pick up for the next set of info to be sent regarding booking. ( the Riu hotels & Resorts, Ocho Rios Jamaica) As someone important to us, we want to get your opinon on whether you could attend, given the following ballpark information. It could be a 2 or 3 night travel package requiring a Friday of Monday or both off from work, Our projected dated are leaving Friday pct 23rd witha wedding date of Sat oct 24th,2009. Estimated travel expences could start at around 750 per peron, including airfare,hotel accommodations,transfers to and from the airport and taxes. Minimum stay requirements are 3 days, this is up to you as your price depends on how long you stay. We would love to have a destination wedding but wanted to check in with our most important guest before making this decision as we would love to share this important time in our lives with you.
