As time was getting closer we booked the first week she is there and after getting in touch the the wedding planner myself to ask the date of her wedding, we have found out that we will miss it by one day. We have also let her know when when her wedding is. Her travel agent hasn't really given her any information. Hope this helps. Valerie

Hi My boyfriend and I have finally decided to get married (after 20 years together) and we haven't told anyone yet. But when we do i'll let you know their comments but I'm of the mind that as long as my boyfriend, myself and our three children are there, then if anyone else comes it will be a bonus. Valerie

As my three children will be my bridesmaids, I will be buying their dresses for them but not intending getting married until 2009 so plenty of time to save!

Hi I'm Valerie, I live in North Yorkshire, England and after being with my boyfriend for the last 20 years, have now decided I want to get married. We are intending getting married in the Dominican Republic as we have been a few times and love it there. A provisional date I have decided upon is 17th July 2009 (I know its a long way off but after 20 years........) At the moment I'm just gathering information. Thanks Valerie
