  1. Perhaps each page could be devoted to items typically included in a STD besides time, place - why you selected the location, facts, weather, time change, etc.
  2. We're getting married at 1 p.m., cocktail reception at 1:30, dinner reception at 3, ending at sunset. Not exactly conventional, but I'm hoping Dreams will make it work.
  3. What an amazing review! Thanks for putting in all this effort - we Dreams brides really appreciate it.
  4. Hey Becky. Unfortunately, 1 p.m. or 11 a.m. are the only time slots left to choose from. I'm not opposed to an afternoon ceremony, but I wanted to see what other people have done during that time. I feel a lot better about it. Thanks for sharing!
  5. Great suggestions! I appreciate everyone's input - I hadn't thought about the cocktail reception they offer in the wedding package. What do you think about cocktails immediately following the reception for an hour while we do pictures, then serving a buffet reception at 3:30 to conclude at sunset? Do you think that's too long of a reception for a destination wedding? (Many thanks to Paula for the sunset calendar!)
  6. I'm not sure when we're doing photos? Any suggestions?
  7. Sabrina & Scott Dreams Cancun, February 16th, 2008 We're planning a 1 p.m. ceremony and are looking for suggestions on how to handle the reception. Claudia, the coordinator at Dreams has suggested a brunch-style reception, immediately following the ceremony. Has anyone experienced that? Is this something guests enjoy? We expect between 30 and 50 to attend.
