    I definitely want a new one. What I meant by bad luck was I have offered it as a gift to other brides and they all said it was bad luck. My cousin wanted it and was going to take it, but her future mother-in-law said it was bad luck. So I figured I would just have to throw it away because everyone would think it was bad luck. I never wanted too wear it again, because it is so much fun picking out a new one. I just didn’t’ know if I could sell it or donate it.

    I think it's cute and funny. I don't know if I would use it, but if it fits your personality then I say go for it. I say do whatever you want especially since it has sentimental value.

    No it is not the same guy. I wish I could post a pic of it, but it is in Texas and I am in Virginia right now. He actually does not mind, but it is strapless and I decided I don't want a strapless dress after all.

    I was engaged 5 years ago, but 2 months before the wedding I called it off. I was young and it finally snapped in my head that I was not ready. I bought a dress and never used it. I think it is beautiful and it is still in NEW condition. I just never knew what to do with it. I thought about selling or giving it to someone who is getting married. Some of my cousins say my dress is bad luck now. I don't think it is. What do you girls think I should do with it?

    I was wondering if anybody had ideas or pics for gazebo decorations. I haven’t seen any gazebo pics that I really like.

    It looks great. I think the candles will look amazing at night. I like the starfish, but not too many.

    Tammy I think you should use econfetti or roses even though there are only five people attending. I think it would be pretty and nothing is worthless in a wedding.

    I would say Yes to both especially the chairs if they are already included in your package. I hadn’t considered throwing anything, but Leigh has made me think about that. I wonder what looks the best in pictures. Andrea

    I would go for #2. I think they would look great with your dress. I wouldn't go with #3 if it will make your dress look short. Comfort should always be a factor in your decision. Andrea

    VA-Bride, I am new too! You are right there is tons of great information in the forum. I am currently in Virginia as well. We are staying in Virginia Beach. The last time I went to PV was about 10 years ago and it was nice. We went to a smaller secluded town and I enjoyed that even more. Don't worry you will find help with your questions here. Andrea
