Its actually a custom color from Microsoft. I just looked it up... Blue Accent, 1

    Red 79
    Green 129
    Blue 189
  2. I got my girls dresses from JCrew in light aqua, sorta like the color in my monogram below. They also have this dress available in white (which I bought for the rehearsal dinner), they can tie a sash around that if they want. I'm actually thinking about doing that too. And the dress can be worn again. You might be able to call their wedding specialist to see if they can find you the aqua one still (I bought it last year on clearance). 1.800.205.3877 Just an idea.

  3. I'm going to be doing BD photos in late February/early March with a friend who is going to school for photography. We are currently researching hotels (looking for something interesting/historic in Philly). For those of you that have done photos and rented a hotel room by the hour, how did you find these locations? We are having a hard time that will rent them by the hour for just photos (and without sounding like a hooker.bunny_4.gif)

  4. I totally agree Heidi, I guess I just figured that more family would be coming then friends. Right now we have 22 booked and its about 50/50. But I dont see anymore family booking and maybe 10-15 more friends making the trip. Its just sad, but we knew this came with the territory of have the DW.

  5. Thanks everyone!!

I started the starfish about 3 months ago just to get them done first. I could do about 5 in an hour (sitting in fron of the TV). I also cut and assembled the blue and tan paper 2 months ago. It took 5 of us about 2 hours to finish putting them together, boxed, and wrapped.
  6. My invites are done! Thanks Shelley for your help in the begining.

I can finally check invitations off the list! My bridesmaids and mom came over on Sunday and we got them all done! 50 in total (we only sent them to the people who replied back yes, maybe, and didnt reply to the preliminary RSVP)

    All wrapped together:

Out of the wrapper; invitation, rsvp postcard, extra information inserts (hotel information, airfare information, and shutlle information)

The inner labeling; Each invitation was put in a box (5x7 jewelry type box). Each was wrapped with a ribbon and labeled with the invitee name (just like you would see on the inner invitation envelope)

Outer labeling; after each box had its ribbon and label they were wrapped in white craft paper and labeled. Each one has to be hand stamped at the post office since they don't have postage stamps for them.

Ditto! RSVP date is exactly 2 months before the wedding, exactly 1 month before the room block ends.
