Hi ladies! I got married at EDR in February & would be happy to answer any questions. I'm not on here much but feel free to e-mail me: [email protected] We got married at the Casitas Gazebo. I loved how it looked before I got there so I knew that's where I wanted our ceremony to be. Here's our slideshow if you want to see what it looks like all wedding-ready: del Sol Photography None of the locations are all that secluded. The only one that I def wouldn't recommend is the garden gazebo. It was behind the buildings in a not-so-gardeny location. JMHO. The casitas gazebo is shortly off the walking path. No one was intrusive, but there were people that stopped & watched. It didn't bother us at all. Here's a photo that I took of it: The Chapel: The Gazebo in front of building 55. This was my 2nd favorite location, but I decided against it b/c I didn't really like the wall behind it. And we stayed in a casita, so our location was more convenient for us. This one is on the far end of the resort. I was in the exact same situation. We had our wedding at EDR in February. I have a cousin that turned 18 a few days ago so he was 2 months shy. They said no one under 18 may enter the resort, not even if they stay somewhere else & come for the day. I asked others that visited before us if they checked their ids & all said no. But we didn't want to risk it. That being said, they never checked id at check-in.

For the dinner music we had a playlist of Jason Mraz, Jack Johnson type music. Pretty chill. If I knew how to c&p the playlist from itunes I would... So if anyone knows how to do it, help please!

Thanks Amanda! As if you have any reason to be jealous... your pics are incredible! I saw your slideshow but didn't get a chance to respond since the knot had already banned me from the DW board. Hope they get that fixed soon!

MY DH loved the card that I got made... he said that it almost made him cry! He always misses Chloe so much when we go away. There's a pic of her that we have on our fridge & whenever we go on vacation he sneaks in it his bag to bring w/. Lol. We have 2 cats too so I'm worried about the craziness that would ensue when/if we get another BT. How do you post pics? I have a ton!

We booked Sol about a year ago so at the time her package price was $2,800. I believe that it's now $3,500. I'm not sure what the current price is for both her & Matt, it may be on their website... del Sol Photography. If not, shoot them an email. They're both super sweet.

We got the ring box from Kohls but it was last summer. Last time we were there they no longer had it. They might have it again when they bring their summer stuff out though. Sorry, not much help!

So I could share my wedding photos & not jack Julie's thread, I made my own. We got married at El Dorado Royale in Mexico on Feb 2nd. Having a DW wedding is w/o a doubt the best WR decision we've made. I couldn't imagine doing it any other way. The resort is incredible... immaculately maintained grounds, delicious food, unbelievable service & the casitas were so romantic. We have no complaints. We had 25 guests join us. Everyone is raving about what a great time they had... We hired Sol Tamargo & Matt Adcock to shoot our wedding from DelSol Photography. del Sol Photography. There are no words to explain how amazing they are. Individually, they are both topnotch photogs but together their work is mind-blowing. They completely capture the emotion of the day in their photos. They were a dream to work w/ & we are more than thrilled w/ our wedding photos. I can't recommend them enough! Haha, I totally understand. I'm the same way. We adore our BT... they're the cutest dogs ever. Not that I'm biased. =) We're actually looking to get another one soon but we're currently househunting so wanted to wait until we get into the new place beforehand. How do yours do around other dogs? That's so great that you do the rescue. Did you get your Bostons from the rescue or a breeder?
