  1. Thanks so much!!! I'm sure I can make one of those work - esp the second one.
  2. I'm just looking for a drawing of coral. I have found a lot of images that are really cartoony. I just want a nice simple drawing of coral.
  3. That is super cute! All I want is a good pic of coral in red so that I can use it on all the different elements of the wedding - programs, bags, etc. I'm pretty compute literate so I can make something logoish once I get the coral pic. I just haven't been able to find anything good.
  4. http://www.saveonpromotionalproducts.com Here is another site that has cheap bags. I haven't used them so I can't guarantee anything.
  5. When you all did your playlists, how did you figure out the time for each section of music? For example, if you planned for a one hour cocktail hour, did you have a separate playlist just for that? And did it have about an hour of music? Who are you putting in charge of switching between playlists? I'm just worried that when I lay out the songs for the dancing portion of the reception that they won't make sense. I know they can't be all fast dance songs, but I don't want so many slow songs that no one dances.
  6. I'm confused as to how to find a logo to use for invites and the overall theme. Did most of you just use what was on the invite you found? Or did you use clip art? I really want coral to be our theme but I can't find any good clip art (that's not a cartoon) to use. As for another invite question, how many of you had them done professionally and how many did DIY?
  7. I'm glad there is someone else who has to wait too! It's so hard - but I guess it means we have plenty of time to sort this stuff out.
  8. My mom has been raving about it for about a year and last time she was home she gave me a pack. I was totally suspect but it is really the easiest thing in the world to use. It kinda is like a sticker, but one it's on it's like liquid polish. You have to use normal remover to get it off.
  9. I've been reading and posting occassionally but should introduce myself now that we're on the new site. I'm not getting married until 2008 in Cabo so I can't quite share in all the "only 4 months away" kinda excitement. I know the reception is at Mi Casa though - love their food and atmosphere. I'm really learning a ton from all of you - can't wait until I can contribute more!
  10. I just used the Avon stick on nail polish for the first time last week - kinda trying it out before I committed to using it on the big day. I tried it because I don't do acrylics and my polish always chips within a day - even when I get it done at a salon. I have to say it's pretty fabulous. It takes about 3 minutes to do both hands and it looks super shiny like a nice salon polish. I put it on last Sunday and just took it off today - no chips or anything. It's on sale right now online so I just stocked up. I'm totally packing some along with me to Mexico - and I know it won't leak in my bag!
