  1. you crazy girl!!!! I think it's the guys that should be more worried about our bachelorette parties! It always seems like we get more out of control than they do!
  2. Mark didn't go for the whole getting married by Elvis thing! We were supposed to have our legal ceremony Sunday, the 17, but we had to postpone it! So I'm gonna work on that some more!! We'll see how it all turns out. I'm a big country fan (he isn't) and I found a chapel where I could get married by "Tim McGraw!" Only in Vegas!!!!!!
  3. I always love hearing other people's wedding stories! It always takes me back! Congrats
  4. I'm from Vegas, so if you girls have any questions that I can answer, let me know!!
  5. I said, "sure, why not," also. However, Mark didn't go to one for his. He actually can't stand them. We both grew up in Vegas, and never really got into that. We've been once, in 10 years, together, with his MOM!!! She was visiting and wanted to go, so we all went.
  6. we used a cd for all of our wedding music. we had 5 or 6 different songs. I made a list of what songs needed to be played during each part of the wedding, i.e. when the guests were walking out, mark with his mom, me with my dad, unity candle, etc... it worked out perfect. no mistakes and everything was right on time....
  7. we didn't do save the dates, but I saw some cute ones taken in a photo booth. each frame was different. (there are 4 frames) the first said "save", the 2nd said "the", the third said "date", then there was a pic of the couple with the date in the last frame. or something to that effect. they had a magnet stuck on the back....
  8. I haven't heard of any of them. I heard about Juan Carlos, saw his work, spoke to him and looked no further. It was well worth the extra money. His work is fresh and fabulous. Not to mention he is an extrordianry person!!!
  9. that's such a great idea and it will keep everyones attention! All the songs seem like they would fit perfect. Have you asked your dad's oppinion? What about "that's Amore." It's one of my all time favorites. For our first wedding (huge reception) we typed out the song and rolled them like scrolls and everyone sang the song together at the end of dinner. It was awesome! stood and sang, we couldn't believe we had such a great response!
